I do like how the suit happened though. I hope they will cover why it happened.

I think her voice has improved a lot more - and I'm hoping that she'll mature as the story goes on and the suit. It was very telling what Ralph said, and how easily Ashley was ignoring it over the vanity issue.

The bit with the greenguys talking to them was both classic with a nice updated twist.

The only thing that was hard for me to understand was what Ashley was trying to show Ralph the suit did when it changed to the skirt. I'm thinking she said "bloomers," the britches that are worn under cheerleading skirts, but not sure.

A few minor complaints/questions here (

):

((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

1. Why - if the suit did create pants for Ashley and she didn't like them so it created a skirt... why does she wear UGG boots? Why didn't the suit keep the little shoes like Holly wore in "GAHeroine" or even boots similar in style to Ralph's?

2. Why is Ashley wearing a blue and white cheerleading outfit at the school (which would be right - Whitney High's colors are blue and gold, with white), but in a photo behind the stereo she's wearing a red and white cheer outfit?

Admittedly it could be a real photo of Brittany Ross as a cheerleader at her real high school, but why not - given the digital age, take a close up of her in the blue and white gear and put it in the frame instead? It just seems out of place.

3. You'd also think she'd notice the Ralph sized outline on the wall after slamming him into it. But I guess that is just to show just how naive she is as far as the suit goes. ;)

I didn't notice the cheerleading outfit picture. As for the impression of Ralph on the wall, I thought that was more her trying to keep it hush hush since her father walked in on her in the suit.

I'm like MsB in hoping the mousy-ness ends soon. I didn't get the last part of what the Green Guys said.. "asset to Maxwell" ? Otherwise, it's still looking good and I'm going to keep watching!

Could be, but she seems to totally ignore the fact that apparently he makes an imprint on the wall - but he obviously got hit by her. ;)

And - the green guys said "She will be an asset to YOU and Maxwell" so Ralph is indeed still in the mix (No Holly-wannabe fears). ;)

From what I've cottoned from, the mousy-ness of Ashley will apparently fade away. That said, anything goes around here apparently. ;)

Part four is now up - it is nice to see a larger part of the story (about 4 minutes are shown) and it's nice to see what unfolds.

I personally love Bill's reaction to Ashley - I feel it's a lot more realistic than Culp's Bill's take on Holly in "GAHeroine" - not because of the presentation, but more because Bill here is a bit more condescending and repeats what Ralph says in part three which is funny in its own right.

Part five is up:

Warning: Spoilers Ahead

I liked how they actually finally had action, and showed how the suit does work. It does look like holographs might not appear in this story - at least from what I see. The special effects are really good to given it's an indie. Kudos to Rueckert and the others who did that.

Ashley is VERY annoying in this part, almost Holly Hathaway like as far as suit scenario. (I also have to ask why in the hell was Ralph worried about Ashley knowing she does have a suit?). I also really do not like the talk with Pam because it makes her a bit too vain and a little creepy. Having Ashley have a schoolgirl crush on Ralph is one thing, but this is maybe a little too far IMHO given her age (again, I know Rhonda had a serious crush on Ralph; however, she does appear to be much older than Ashley in both TV series and this series.)

I love the idea that they're going to actually seriously have flying, but I do hope that they have both flying in some form or fashion. Minor quibbles with how this part goes, but I'm sure that it's part of the storyline, so I'll let it be right now. ;) )

***************************************

End spoilers

It's still a good series, but I do have to admit I have reservations as far as Ashley and hope that she does grow up from being a bit too vain and self-centered to a wonderful - if at times annoying - sidekick. Right now I feel that she's a borderline Ralph in "GAHeroine"/Holly mix in this episode (Holly vanity, Ralph egoism), and that is a minor concern in an otherwise fun series.

Final part of the first story is up now, and it's good. I will not spoil (and suggest you do not read the comments portion of their board until you read it - there are some spoilers), but will say that you may have some quibbles with it. (I offered a suggestion to alleviate this one quibble I had with it). ;)

This episode obviously does scream "To be Continued..." but right now, from what their director said, they may not have the money to make another chapter. He mentioned doing his part to continue, but has suggested people writing as well to SJC to say they like it to see if he will or knows someone who can give them a slight helping hand. I say this only because they cannot sell the show in any way shape or form to make money to continue on their own. (I will give them kudos here - they're sticking to their promise :) ).

Do they have a PayPal donation email? I'll donate!

I really enjoyed the episode. (Frankly, I didn't even know it was out yet, so I got to watch all 6 parts together.) I found a lot of growth from part 1 to part 6. Ashley has been toned down, which I'm thankful for because her squealing/squeaking was making me cringe a la fingernails on a chalk board. :P

I think just about all the existing characters have been picked up spot-on, though I found I didn't have enough to see of Pam. We need to see her in her "legal" form, not the "girlfriend" form. Otherwise... I think she's a bit too generic.

I burst out laughing at Ralph's crashing landing on the hood of the car: "Oh fudgicles!" ;)

I loved the cliffhanger at the end of the episode/part 6. I won't spoil, but I'm really curious about how this will be handled... & will hopefully BE handled! I'm hoping they can continue making the webisodes! Obviously SJC knows of it, so why doesn't he give more of a helping hand to keep them afloat?

I'm glad I found this. I think I wanna dig my episodes back out now. ;)

Yeah I loved his Ralph. I was very pleased. he did play it well!
I loved 'THORNY BUSH! Oh I think I killed a bird!"
I think Bill was played well but he did it as from when they first met. Bill was very hard. I gather that by now they have been together long enough to see some smooth edges. I'd give Ralph a 9 (Only one man gets a 10 ;)) Bill an 8 and I agree with Lauren about Pam so I can't score her but it is definitely worth watching.

All these episodes and she's the only one we get to see fly. That's so...wrong! ;)

Loved Ralph's one-liners and his delivery.

More please. :)

I had wondered as to why they didn't have Rueckert fly, but noticing that Ross' foot just briefly gets cut off at the toes in the clouds, I can see that they may have been worried that he'd flail off the blue screen area and have whole body parts disappear. (Well, he is a tall fellow, so I can see that). ;)

That said, I think the crash into the car was really well done, and kudos to both actors in that scene. I really felt that he crashed into the car and didn't just "jump onto it." 8-)
