Ms. B, you could put those Katt comments in YOUR thread that you have or on the Katt board. Or here now! You know, I almost made a comment in the "Ya Know" thread... but since MyTatuo locked it, if I posted it'd show that I have the suit. (Or, meaning... I'm a mod and didn't notice that the thread was locked, so I'd be kidded again for being too literal. )

Knowing you...you still might. And I love how it is stickied now for all of our drivel needs.

This thread makes my eyes water...
...but not because it's drivel... it's because they named it "Drivel" instead of "Yamma yamma yamma"...

The beauty of it: I can change it anytime I feel like it. I might randomly change it just for you, Josie...if you are good.

**off to torment Billswoman in her thread**

Don't you think abusing your powers as a mod is wrong, MyTatuo?

OK, one piece of yamma... I get a blizzard today, and asked for a Georgia Mud Fudge. Thing is, the people making them do not know what I'm talking about, so I end up with something that is a cross between a Chocolate X-treme with pecans and a Heath Bar. It's good, but I have a feeling they had their wires crossed on the recipe. Beats a bunch of gunk though.

Ok so is the new ya know, yamma yamma yamma?... Just what is yamma? See Jo's profile with Bill. The comment comes from an ep in "GAH" and Bill talks about drivel and "Yamma, Yamma, Yamma..." Then again, I'm also getting things ready to move, so I don't have much to yamma about.

Don't you think abusing your powers as a mod is wrong, MyTatuo? And people wonder where Mel gets her inspiration. Uh huh... lately if I even think of locking a thread, I post up why I'm doing it in said thread... And then, it gets unlocked because it was mrsgreenguy's first post.

Well, she IS the wife of GG. You were being ridiculous. Quote from Nicol: "I asked her to do that" Besides, as he told me, greenguy knew that I knew it'd probably be reopened but was doing what I was asked by someone who wanted to only have one thread in her honor.

Well, since other people made the thread for Nicol, it shouldn't be HER right to close them.

Well, since other people made the thread for Nicol, it shouldn't be HER right to close them. You have a point, but she felt it was unfair too to the others, which is a point too. Besides, if all we do is yammer about this, we're going to have another 100 pages here of drivel... If this keeps up, we should call it the "Ya Know Thread: Part Deux - debating about another thread thread."

Well, the Ya Know thread was just like this: Pages of useless things. OK then, useless things: - There is no explanation as to why Dilbert's tie curls up. Ratbert tried to figure it out by eating a tie, and still was lost (not to mention in the typical cartoon joke of ending up with a straight back from eating said tie.
- Not including him in the suit, Dilbert's tie has only been drawn lying down one time in a strip, and it was for an innuendo joke.
- The statue of Sam Houston in Huntsville is innaccurate. He has the cane in the wrong hand based on the injury. He sustained a broken ankle in the battle of San Jacinto when a bullet hit his ankle.
- The battleship Texas is the only surviving battleship that served in both World War I and World War II. It is painted in wartime camoflauge blue now, not peacetime grey. Additionally, it was one of the few battleships that served in the Pacific and escaped the battle of Pearl Harbor because she was out to sea. She was Nimitz' flag ship as well, and said flag does fly on the ship today.
- The Lexington in Corpus Christi is not the original. The original was sunk in World War II, and this one built during the same war. When it sailed in the war, the Japanese, surprised to see the ship return, called it "The Blue Ghost."
- The USS Constitution is the oldest naval (or at least wooden) ship in the United States. It sailed on its 200th birthday in 1997.
- There really is a House of Seven Gables. It is in Salem, Mass. Also, the oldest candy store/factory in the United States is in Salem.
- One of the top three ice cream sellers in the United States only serves 16 states.
- Mount Rushmore was never finished. Not finished for each president: Two more buttons and a sleeve for Washinton; a hand as though peering around Washington for Jefferson, and a hand on the lapel of a jacket for Lincoln. Roosevelt was the only one that was completed based on the scale model. It was just his face. There also is the beginning of a hallway in Washington's head that was going to be used to store a copy of the Declaration of Independence and other important documents. That might be why they mention the bunker in a "Buck Rogers" episode. It is also used in the Buck Rogers book "That Man on Beta."
- Speaking of "Buck Rogers," Mount Rushmore is one of three landmarks unaffected and still standing by the wars that happened while Rogers was frozen in time. Also unaffected are some of the temples in Mexico and the pyramids at Giza.
- The Crazy Horse monument is mentioned in the novel of "Logan's Run," but IRL, is still being constructed and is 3-D. You can fit all four faces of Mount Rushmore in Crazy Horse's face.

You do know that just because you get injured on a certain side does not mean that you have to utilize the cane on that side, right? And I think that Mel's permanent custom title should be: Queen of Useless Information.
