I'm going to have to - right now my system is restricted on several sites due to a slight bug in my computer. I would guess it's Ralph Hinkley though... well that or Connie in "Hotel" or Pare in "Starhunter" (which is a good series but really needed incidental music). It's the guy in the funny red suit. Y'know, the supah-guy? ;D That's great that Hulu is airing TGAH! They gotta git the pilot episode on there tho'.

Hi Johnny and welcome to the boards. I've also noticed that "Classical Gas" is not in some of the collections on YouTube, but I have wondered if in those cases it's because they're the Japanese release which contains all the original music. I have seen one of the eps - "Don't Mess Around With Jim" with the original music intact.

I just looked and "Classical Gas" is on youtube within their GAH section. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0x53buiiRJ0I thought every episode was there minus the original pilot and the 1986 pilot but maybe some are not. Im used to watching them on dvd but lost season 3 somewhere and really want to watch the 1986 pilot right now. LOL!

Hi everyone,
It's been a long time since I've posted here, and I came back on just to make this one:
"The Greatest American Hero" is back on television! It's airing on a new channel called Decades (www.decades.com), and it has FOUR(!) airings every Wednesday on the 10's and 4's (a.m. and p.m.).

Just a sheer coincidence. I thought I was seeing things when I was browsing my guide...
...except Decade changes its schedule every week. So it looks as though we have a new channel to keep an eye on, but any upcoming airings are to be announced.

The Heroes & Icons retro network is also airing the series. Actually, they air many great series: www.heroesandiconstv.com/shows/Sadly, it's not broadcast over the air in my area, only on cable.

One of our local stations carries Heroes & Icons but also has a habit of preempting the H&I stuff for other programming, such as college basketball. This morning I sat down to watch two back-to-back episodes of GAH, and what do they show instead? A prerecorded presentation of the NAACP Image Awards. What the--?? ARGHH!!

I used to have the same feeling when during the shows original run, our local ABC station would preempt the series to instead broadcast The Billy Graham Crusades.

Is it playing anywhere now?
Do you think we will ever see it on NetFlix like we did the A-Team?

I believe it's currently airing across the US on the Heroes & Icons network.
It was on Hulu forever, not sure if it still is. Not sure if it will ever be on any other streaming platforms.
However, with a new DVD release in the works, new streaming might not be far behind.

Yep, by yet a third company, although I have no details. At this point my guess is that it will just be a repackage of the episodes, no bonus material. Although I'm available to provide commentary, if the right parties are reading this.

GG, actually you would be the perfect person to publish a TGAH companion book. If you ever do, I'll definitely be buying a copy, if not two!
The Hulk TV series companion book by Patrick Jankiewicz is great. Full of little-known info, and very insightful. He conducted over 80 interviews for it! I consult it often when I'm watching episodes.
Hard to believe no one has ever written one for TGAH!
