The whole Owen Wilson thing is my fault - I was the first to pitch him when I got the job to write the script at Disney and everyone in the room liked the idea - Owen was far less exposed at the time and I believe putting a comedian in the role would be instant death to what GAH was all about. I do know the studio (whichever one picks this up) will not do this movie without a known name in the lead role. They want this to be a 150m dollar bill when they make this - or at least that was the way Cannell felt back at Disney and when you make a movie with that kind of bill the studio needs something to relax them. I personally think they should bring Hero back to TV, there's plenty going on in the world to keep scripts coming for the next few years. I agree that GAH should be brought back to television. Maybe you should develop some scripts for that and see if you can't head the movie off at the pass? ;D

WE need a great movie to revive the franchise. It's like a revenge!

It happened to "Knight Rider." It can happen to GAH.

Let's prepare to a great deal of GAHlicious stuff in the years to come... Well, some of the wait will be short term, because the first comic is supposed to be out next month. The animated shorts and such are going to be a little longer to wait for, but will be neat as well because the cast is lending their voices to it.

What we need for the role of Bill Maxwell is an Everyman Action Hero kind of person, like Bruce Willis, from the "Die Hard" series of action movies.

I am not sure Bruce Willis has the right charisma for the role, especially the sarcastic one-liners. That's why I continue to like Richard Dean Anderson.
