I saw the poster for "Gone" at the theatre and Michael's name wasn't on it. I know he plays the lead investigator, but I guess it was still too small to put him on the poster.

Does he die again?

Don't know. Doesn't matter as long as he got to go to the Hollywood premiere! With his wife, Marjolein, at the premiere of "Gone""

She's not as pretty as Faye Grant but she IS an attractive lady.

Only Connie Sellecca really out paced Faye. ;D

His wife is actually prettier in person than in that picture and has a very elegant demeanor. She has a friendly smile but she is shy with fans.

I would bet she is especially shy around gushing fangirls like you, ThatGirl. ;D

Extreme composure and control...in his presence. What happens after he's gone is not the issue. LOL

It was very cool seeing him in Gone, as I was watching it made me think how fantastic it would have been to see him as Tony being part of the F.B.I. in a reunion tv movie.

I agree, greenguy, that would have been great!
It looks like they are in talks about bringing him back and re-launching a new Starhunter with Dante.
He's also just filmed a movie called Snapshot where he plays the President, but I think it is a small role again. It's mostly about the First Lady, played by Joyce DeWitt.
He keeps busy. He's aways filming a movie somewhere.

I'm surprised they're considering bringing back "Starhunter" possibly, but that would be good given that a. they originally were going to have Dante in the second season too (but it changed apparently... and IMHO for the worst), and b. they ended that second season on a cliffhanger. That said... it would be neat to bring it back because it did feel a lot more realistic as far as what could happen in the future. Seriously, the only things I liked about the second season of "Starhunter" were Tanya Allen playing Percy (who was the only one who made it believable at times) and Caravaggio didn't look like some creepy skeleton (which I really never understood to begin with in the first season - holograms shouldn't have wires... ) And it's nice to see DeWitt acting again as well.

If you're interested, you can take a look at Philip Jackson's Facebook page for Starfield Audiences. I wish more people would post that they would like to see Dante return. So far, mostly Japanese fans have been posting, besides myself and a German fan. Michael already thinks he only has Japanese fans. I would like to convince him otherwise. www.facebook.com/groups/34619392397/I don't know about the second season because I stopped watchng after he left.

Seriously - it really was only worth it for the reasons I mentioned. That said, I joined up and gave my opinion on a couple of things so far - such as to Pare's question of where Dante Left - "He was trapped in the hell of new directions, leaving me with only Percy and a newly redesigned Caravaggio as the reasons to watch the second series." I think Philip Jackson is a very good writer/creator - and that it wasn't his fault why Dante wasn't in the second season.

From what I have heard, you are right. Apparently it had something to do with new investors who wanted someone else. Jackson wanted to hold on to Dante but money talks.
Paré has said he was surprised as anyone. He got the word while on hiatus from the show that he should not bother to come back. Apparently it was a shock to him. In a radio interview he spoke about it and said he never knew why that happened.

I was disappointed both he and the fellow who was Caravaggio were either gone or replaced (only the guy who sent Dante out on missions and Percy were in both seasons - I didn't mind Luc being gone).
On the plus, the redesigned TULIP was a bit better - still dark, but a little easier to see what some things were. It was a refitted luxury liner, so you should've seen at least a little bit more of the luxury side of it other than the stained glass windows (which BTW, I loved and were my favorite parts of the ship).

Well, I never even saw the second season, but now I watched some on YouTube. Meh. Not sorry I missed it! I also never saw much else to indicate "luxury". More like a bomb went off near a luxury liner. Yes when the set is so dark, it's really hard to see anything.

More like a bomb went off near a luxury liner. Yes when the set is so dark, it's really hard to see anything. The only bits that really screamed it was luxury were the windows, a couple of sconces and the observation deck because it was in that sparkly (well... kinda) sphere. Oh and when Caravaggio got a reboot to look normal - he had a variation of a tux, and in the first season he was wearing a tuxedo too (in spite of all the weird electrical stuff dangling around him.)
