I have a DVD which contains 7 or so of The A-Team's best episodes. It's a lot of fun! That's a show I only watched a few times during my childhood, so I remembered it only vaguely. I probably watched more of Simon and Simon, actually. Another entertaining show, with lots of humor. They sure knew how to make good shows in the early to mid 80s!

I have all five seasons of the A-TEAM.

Awesome, HD! I guess you're a big fan. Like I said, I have only 7 episodes, but it's enough to give me an idea of how entertaining the series is. Cannell's stamp is all over it----the colorful characters, great chemistry, snappy dialogue, humor, it's all there.

Funnily enough, I like the SJC episodes, but I have always loved Frank Lupo's efforts more.

I'll have to look up which TGAH episodes are by Frank Lupo. However, I meant more the concept of it all----both shows were created by SJC, so his imprint is there. I imagine that he even took part in approving the casting choices for both shows, possibly?

He got him reinstated after the success of the pilot though.

Oh it is SO worth it to upgrade to blu-ray. The level of detail seen on the old TV shows is amazing. Some series have been transferred to HD with NO restoration, and they STILL look better than they even did when originally broadcast. Then, if the show gets the treatment that was given the original Star Trek, Twilight Zone, or 60's Batman they look freakin amazing. The A-Team didn't have any restoration work done on it, but I can't wait to buy it on Blu. Talking about Lupo, the "Cannell imprint" etc...have you guys ever watched The Rousters? Created by Cannell solo, and the pilot written by him. It contains soooo many cool things one would expect from one of his series. However, the one thing I cannot get past is the character of Evan played by Jim Varney. Evan is not only a straight out con man and scam artist, talks so much B.S., and he's a coward to boot. I can find not one redeeming quality about his character. Face scammed people in various situations, but it was for the good of something or someone. Not to mention it was done with style, and/or charm. The Rousters pilot is on You Tube www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixyZqR2gGOkSorry to hijack this from The A-Team to The Rousters.

The complete series has been released in the UK on blu ray. Along with Magnum PI, and The Incredible Hulk. I'm so jealous of the Brits, who can now buy TIH on Blu-Ray (not remastered, however. But by all accounts of my British fellow fans, they still look great). I doubt that this will ever happen over here in North America. Physical media, as we all know, is slowly dying, a casualty of streaming services such as Netflix. However, I must say that the DVDS look quite good, above average for such an old show of the 70s and 80s. They put some other DVDS of TV shows to shame. The DVDs of the 1st and 2nd seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation are awful at times---which is why I'm so glad to now own that entire series remastered on Blu-ray. Spectacular! If TIH is ever released over here on Blu-Ray, I probably won't be able to resist-----eventhough my DVDs are perfectly fine. Anyway, back to our regularly scheduled A-Team programming..........

I'm looking forward to buying the UK set of TIH.
Currently the El Rey network is showing TIH in HD along with Airwolf, and Knight Rider. Hulk looks fantastic, so I'm jazzed to get it eventually on blu ray.

So I'm assuming you're able to change it from Region 2 to Region 1?
