Pam Hinkley finds an evil Puzzle Box and solves it, summoning demonic Cenobites that drag her into the pit. With the Suit completely useless against the dark supernatural forces, Bill and Ralph have one hope left - they must team up with -

How about a crossover with "Hunter"?
(By the way, I believe they actually used Hunter's catch phrase as a running gag in "The Shock Will Kill You.")

This one, right here.
Seriously, the parallels between The Greatest American Hero and Ben 10 are so obvious, if they'd aired at the same time, instead of 24 years apart, one or the other would've been sued for infringement!
In any case, a crossover would have been/would be beyond epic.

The original 1960's My Favorite Martian, Sliders coming to Ralph's Earth, Misfits of Science would have a field day, and for now, ending with Murder, She Wrote. Lets see Jessica Fletcher deal with those green guys.

"CHiPs"
No reason off the top of my head but then, do I really need one? It's "CHiPs"! Cops on motorcycles and insane car chases and crashes and pileups and....
Okay, so I thought of a reason - they have so much in common with Bill and Ralph!

Quantum Leap would have been an interesting crossover. I mean, if Sam "leaped" into Ralph's body, would the suit still work? And how would they resolve the dilemma of the week without powers if the answer was "no"?

Or to have him leap into Bill to fix some wrong in the timeline and Ralph can't understand why Bill is acting out of character, especially talking to himself. I'm working my way through HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN right now. It would have been another interesting crossover, even though it happens after our team is off the air. But had HEROINE gotten picked up, could have been a very interesting crossover.

Of course, figuring out how to save the day if the suit doesn't work would make it a great episode! Al could pull some kind of shenanigans, I'm sure. And how does Sam explain to Bill why it won't work? OTOH, it could be entertaining if Sam leaped into Bill too. "What's gotten into Bill? He's so nice all of a sudden."

Now, that would make for some interesting shenanigans, especially if Sam appears at a moment when Ralph is feeling particularly frisky. 😁

"The Tomorrow People" original British Sci Fi kids series.
Yeah, just imagine one of Ralph's Special Ed students "breaking out," and the hijinks that would ensue with the kid's psychic superpowers playing unintentional havoc with Ralph's super suit.

"Hercules, The Legendary Journeys."
Okay, so, I know the majority of this show is set in "a time long ago," but there were a couple of episodes ("Yes, Virginia, There is a Hercules" and "For Those of You Just Joining Us") where we see that "Kevin Sorbo" is really Hercules just pretending to be an actor in the modern age, essentially playing himself on his own show, and that gives us quite an opportunity.
So, imagine some thieves have stolen something from a museum - they don't know what it is, but it's got to be worth a lot of money, right? - so they've stolen it and crossed state lines, and that's where the FBI and Ralph Hinkley come in. Well, just Bill for now - how much trouble can he have recovering some dusty relic?
As it turns out, plenty, because thar artifact is actually a key to a mystical gateway, and all these super powerful mythological monsters, like a chimera, and a manticore and now Bill is in full panic mode, calling Ralph on that two way radio for help!
But wait, someone else has heard Bill's desperate cries of distress - Hercules!
Or, you know, whatever he called himself at that point in time sometime in the mid eighties....
So, yeah, there it is.

With the passing of Dame Angela Lansbury, why not a murder mystery crossover episode?

With the passing of Dame Angela Lansbury, why not a murder mystery crossover episode? But - wouldn't that take all the fun out of the murder mystery in question? I mean, Ralph just needs to touch something belonging to either the victim or the murderer, do a quick "holograph" and the mystery is solved in under five minutes!

I mean, Ralph just needs to touch something belonging to either the victim or the murderer, do a quick "holograph" and the mystery is solved in under five minutes! I'm not sure that's always the case. Plus, what if multiple people had motives or the vibes weren't strong enough? Or something was wonky with the suit like in other episodes? There is always a way that it could have worked.
