Thanks, I've got something I'm working on for that Bizarro GAH thread. I hope it doesn't freak anyone out when I post it, because atleast to me it makes the most sense.

Hey good to see ya! Glad ya joined us! That was a fun chat the other night. Slaps and all... Yeah me too, I only watched the original episodes, never saw the syndication. So it was overwhelming watching it again, sure brought back lots of memories. If I recall, when GAH was in syndication I couldn't get it 'cause I didn't have cable. All I know is that in late July/early August 2005, when I was camping out at a friend's for a few days mid-move (had to wait for the condo signing to go through), I squee'd when I saw the GAH DVDs sitting on her shelf. Of course the first thing I watched was "Lilacs, Mr Maxwell," cuz it was the only one whose ep title I remembered all those years. I was surprised to see Culp wrote and directed it! Now how did I not know that? Then I watched O:SS, and kept waiting... and waiting... for EoD to play, little realizing I was waiting in vain. I was like, What the hell? I'd been blending that ep and "Plague" together in my head, because I kept waiting for Bill to get tossed out of the helicopter (which didn't happen, of course, till Plague). Unfortunately, since I hadn't discovered this board yet, I didn't remember the gems of Season One or that DVS was in Season Three (hadn't seen it first-run). Although the wonder of discovery was there once I started reading about the other eps people love, like "My Heroes...." and DVS. I downloaded computer files of the eps, knowing I was going to be buying the DVDs when I got my money, so then there was the wonder of discovery viewing the DVDs and seeing the scenes that had been cut out of the computer versions i had (like a couple of key ones in OSS, DVS and Heroes). Oops, sorry for going on here. I had a blast in the chat too, I don't think I've said that enough! And reading the chat transcripts brought it all back and I laughed all over again. Although the trout thingie got a bit tiresome, heh. The Quote Game was a hoot too.
