Yep, that was about right. It was about 11 p.m. my time. After spending about 2-3 hours of the time trying to get everyone in a room that worked for all, maybe we ought to try this again tonight or Wednesday. That way, people can hop in and chat (and give more trivia questions and such. That was fun, and something that everyone can get into. )

Oh really? Well I was there but was the only person listed (around 10:15pm CDT) - it appeared to load correctly, but maybe I still did something wrong... Hmmm...

Oh dear, I guess all the talk about bugging out to AOL's AIM was in the "Derek, get in here!" thread or whatever it's titled, in the guests area.

I think if we try this again tonight or tomorrow is to decide a. where and b. when it'll be, and c. if AIM, people know who's who, as some of us use different names than our ones here (such as Ms B (Its sir) and I (TigreMalabarista). That way everyone knows where to go so people like poor Maxwell-FBI and Claye don't pop in and go: Gee, where is everyone? (Then again, sometimes last night I wasn't even sure.)

Well, I was skeptical getting/downloading AIM. It was fine, though, even if not my favorite IM service.
Hope others will be on.

Everyone's welcomed to add me as seattlekos to their AIM. I am using that name on a few sites now, like MySpace, and want to be consistent (and so my friends IRL who use AIM will know it's me).

Hey all, sorry I popped in an out last night. I was really wanting to be in the chat but I started getting sick in the afternoon and about 9:30 was when it hit me big time. I have AIM, my nick on there is MST3Claye so feel free to add me. Again, sorry I missed out on it.

Have to admit, mostly this one was trying to get us all on working rooms, then we went into fanfiction talks, the quote and trivia game (which I still plan on asking that one question again), Bill and Ralph, and some self depreciating humor on all accounts. It was pretty fun, but we should try it out again later on tonight or tomorrow where we all can get on one way or another.

F.Y.I. AIM works great for me, both at work and at home. I've added everyone who just posted their AIM IDs here, and I'm kolchak305 in case anyone would like to add me.

Don't know if anyone is chatting tonight... I will leave my AIM on. Drop by. If I am not there, I went to chow, but will return shortly.
Claye is also there.
I think we are competing with Hugh Laurie at the moment....
No... not the Prince... House, MD

Hugh Laurie was hilarious on the Ellen Show yesterday (can't spell her last name). They did an etiquitte contest, and it was too funny. Been interesting to see how he could've been used in an episode of GAH. I think he'd done a great job. Guy's been so rooked for an Emmy, but if he's gotten a BAFTA, at least he's been honored for his work.
