OK in honor of Mr Culp aka Agent Maxwell here is a list of connections to Culp with other actors/actresess with the same birthday. any amount of links, the fewer the better though Angela Bassett, Timothy Hutton, Steve Carell George Stults Kathie Lee Gifford Lesley Ann Warren, Reginald VelJohnson Kathie Lee Gifford was tough. However, she starred in an episode entitles MAMA KNOWS BEST of the series EVENING SHADE with Ossie Davis Ossie Davis was in ROOTS: THE NEXT GENERATION (miniseries) with Culp. (It's too easy to connect them if they have both been in the same TV series, but with different episodes). Lesley Ann Warren starred opposited Madeline Kahn in CLUE. Madeline guest starred several times on the show COSBY. Culp was in one episode with her: MY SPY.

George Stults was near impossible. However, George was in the episode THE ROMEO AND JULIET episode of a TV series called MAYBE IT'S ME with Fred Willard. Fred Willard guest starred with Culp in the episode DEBRA'S PARENTS of EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND. One to go.

Steve Carell was by far the hardest one for me. Finally, I linked him to an earlier character to Culp. If someone else can do it differently in the same number of moves or fewer, I would love to see it. Steve Carell was in ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND OF RON BURGUNDY with Fred Willard. As discussed earlier, Fred Willard and Culp connect through an episode of EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND.

It doesn't count if YOU did not star in it WITH her. And challenge me. Give me a name of one of them and I can match it. Magic roundabout. I gave you a challenge and you say it doesn't count... I can't win. All right, I'll give you the names of the ones I remember: Austin St. John, David Yost, Amy Jo Johnson, Thuy Trang (this one might be hard as she was killed in a car wreck not too long after she left the show), and Jason David Frank. (What's sad is, I can remember 5 of the 6 rangers without looking it up, and the show began back in the early '90s. ) The guy who played Zack I haven't heard about him since: good or bad. I think he's faded off into the sunset. Moves can be up to 7. Good luck. I had forgotten about these. I thought someone else might have done them. I can do Austin St. John for sure though. Austin St. John was in FOOTSTEPS with Candice Bergen. Candice was in SWEET HOME ALABAMA with Fred Ward. Fred Ward was in THE WILD STALLION with Connie.

Ben Vereen was in PIPPIN: HIS LIFE AND TIMES with William Katt. Katt was in GAH with Connie.

Ally Sheedy was in THE VETERAN with Michael Ironside. Michael Ironside was in V: THE FINAL BATTLE with Faye Grant. Faye starred opposite Connie in several episodes of GAH.

Robin Riker guest starred in the GAH episode OPERATION: SPOILSPORT. While she had no scene with Connie, both women are in that episode. And Mel, you are still not connected to anyone famous the way YOU claim. That would be like me saying that Connie Sellecca was in NYC and then I was in NYC that I could link directly to her. Ridiculous and not a match.

Well, both are shows... in the gym, that students watched. It does count in that way. (We also had bands both years, and she appeared with backup music.) We both were on the stage, so it does link. (I know... I'm grasping at straws the size of the point of a pin. ( ) The whole point of six degrees is to DIRECTLY connect...and your link doesn't pan out, you know. Rereading this, I realized my one from me to Katt through Sherry Stringfeld does not count because she appeared either in the '80s or early '90s as Kate Lucas in "TEXAS." I know the time frame because a dear friend of mine worked alongside her. However, I can directly link the two now - and fewer roles. I appeared with Aimee Corley, who played Kate Lucas in the 1999 version of "TEXAS," and talent show "TEXAS Originals." Corley was in an episode of "JAG," which starred David James Elliott. Elliott was in an episode of "JAG" called "Collision Course" with William Katt. Now, this proves HD I can legitimately connect myself to Katt using "TEXAS" musical drama.

However, Stringfield wasn't in the show the same time I was. But, rereading a program I had from my years there, I forgot Corley was in an ep of "JAG," which would make the link work still.

I am still waiting on a real challenge here, people. I could get sarcastic here, and say Socrates to Culp, but that's going too far. Hmm.... Richard Attenborough to any of the three.

Not only sarcastic, but blatantly idiotic since Socrates was never in a movie. And I said I wanted a challenge. Anyone who is a fan of THE GREAT ESCAPE knows that Richard Attenborough starred with James Gardner in it. James Gardner was great as Maverick, but he had a great stint in the movie THE CASTAWAY COWBOY with none other than Robert Culp. Let's try harder next time, kids.

All right... Ronald Reagan to William Katt or Connie Sellecca... and when he was an actor, not president of the United States.

All right... Ronald Reagan to William Katt or Connie Sellecca... and when he was an actor, not president of the United States. Still easy. Reagan was great in the movie THE KILLERS (Josie would like the noir nature of it) with Norman Fell. Norman Fell guest starred twice with Culp...once in an episode of I SPY entitled THE MEDARRA BLOCK and once in ROOTS: THE NEXT GENERATION. He also starred with Culp in the movie based on JFK called PT 109. There might be others, but those are three good ones. Of course, Culp links to both Katt and Connie through GAH.
