Did anyone ever watch this show when it was on? I have never heard of it, but I am getting more and more intrigued with some of the shows that SJC did that I have never heard of...especially after watching some of PROFIT. It seems that the earlier they were cancelled, the better they might be...with obvious exceptions like GAH and THE A-TEAM.

Was it only aired in certain places? That might be why I have never heard of it either then.
Has anyone here seen it and/or bought it now?

I have not seen it around either at Target or Best Buy? Was it THAT popular that it flew from shelves or so unpopular that Ebay was the only way to go?

However I can venture a guess that it's not on the shelf anywhere because the store buyers had no idea what it is, so they didn't order it. The reason I say that is, I went around to several stores looking for TGAH 1st season set when it was released. When I didn't not see it on the shelf after the release date I would ask about it. I was told a couple of times by the person who heads that dept. that it wasn't ordered because they had never heard of it, and they don't order what they don't recognize.

That indeed might be it.
I figured MyTatuo would get it though because it has a BTTF guy in it...and Allison Hossack would later team up with SJC in PROFIT. It might be good, but maybe it is just a rehash of other shows he has done which is why it was not more popular?

I really don't remember the few comments I've heard. Just that it was bad. I don't remember much about the premise either, except he was an ex-Navy Seal and was shot in the face. He probably ended up working for some government agency...lol. Sorry...best I can do with it being so long ago, and never seeing it.

One bit of funky Cobra trivia HD. When the show was first announced, (maybe while the first filmed rolled) the show was originally called Viper. I remember reading that, then I read that NBC was going to air a series called Viper. At first I thought they were one in the same, and Cannell was returning to the NBC network. The first article neglected to mention the Cannell show would be syndicated. Next thing I heard was that Cannell was getting sued to cease using that for his title. It wasn't until then I read that the NBC version was actually about a car, and not the Cannell series I had originally read about.
On a totally unrelated note HD, how are you getting along in that crappy Iowa weather from the weekend?

I have heard some things about VIPER, even though I did not watch it either. Good trivia, Greenguy. I am doing fine. We had 1/2 inch of ice, followed by almost 2 inches of rain, which then froze, and somewhere between 8-10 inches of snow this weekend. I got lucky...no power outage...yet. Is it not bad where you are now...you DID move away from Indiana right...or just move within state?
