I noticed that - I didn't realize he was as old as he was when he was on "Dynasty" - he, like Culp, looked much younger than they were in real life in their most well-known shows. In fact, most of the actors who have died recently were at least in their late 70s, and had worked for many years on and off the acting stage even until recent years. Forsythe's case his last known work was "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle," but I'm wondering if he did a cameo as "Charlie" on "Robot Chicken." I need to check up on that, though I'm iffy only because of the nature of that particular sketch (though it was still cleaner than some sketches on said show). It is funny in a way he's best known for his voice more than his role in "Dynasty" - people are almost up in arms about them not mentioning his work in "Charlie's Angels" though most actors of his time did so many things and not just one thing.

Heard the national news say on Saturday morning that he was known for his handsome looks and smooth voice on Charlie's Angels. Someone not familiar with the series must have been responsible for that copy!

Someone not familiar with the series must have been responsible for that copy! I was rather surprised because most people would recognize him from "Charlie's Angels" more than "Dynasty" because the latter isn't shown that often on TV but "Charlies Angels" usually is - not to mention the two movies where he reprised his role.

He was great in Hitchcock's "The Trouble With Harry" and "Topaz".

I have never watched The Trouble with Harry, thanks for the reminder! You're welcome! It's well-worth checking out, if you enjoy something different. This movie was Hitch's experiment with dark humor. Unfortunately, it wasn't very successful with the Americans of 1955, but was a big hit in Europe, however----particularly in France.
