Watched "House" last night for the first time since seeing it in the theatres when it first came out. Forgot what an insane and disjointed film it was - totally nuts, but still fun.
HOWEVER, one thing I did NOT forget is that goofy ass way Katt's hair keeps changing back and forth (constantly throughout the film) from blonde, to light brown, to blonde, to dark brown, to medium brown). WTF was going on during the production of this film?!

I love the House movies. But it wasnt until recently that it was brought to my attention that there was a 3rd movie called House IV. I havent seen it yet. but I'm on the lookout for it. I cant really say I noticed his hair changing too much in the first flick, I'll be sure to watch for it the next time I watch it. ;D

Yeah, but it had those GREAT special effects, similar to the ones we saw at the end of the Devil In The Deep Blue Sea episode.

The one saving grace with "Devil/Deep Blue Sea" and "Shock/Kill You" is that although they are doing what they didn't want to do ("chase monsters"), at least the monsters are not seen until briefly at the end of the eps. Probably due to budget constraints, but at least we get a lot of suspense and character-interaction before the goofy monsters go "bleeh!" and we dump our popcorn. I agree that Shock is one of my favorite eps due to the magnetism and jokes having to do with that aspect... Oh, crud, silly me. I just went On-Topic. In the Off-Topic section. Slap me now.

House is rather campy though, not really horror in my book.
I'de kinda say it was simular to Shaun of the Dead type horror.

House is similar in that it's goofy horror - not quite as goofy as A.O.D., but a wild ride for sure.
