I think he's guilty. It's too bad the prosecution couldn't manage their witnesses a little better. I never expected him to go to a regular prison anyway, but now he's completely free to go on molesting children. It's sick.

My take... they didn't prove a case against him (I don't think they really even came close), but personally I feel he's innocent. I think he's a total freak, no doubt about it, but not a child molestor. A shame with all he has, he doesn't have better people to advise him and help him get along in life (a.k.a.: don't let boys sleep in your bed even if you feel it's perfectly 'OK')...

I agree that they did not prove the case against him; they didn't even come close.

As said above, I felt the prosecution's case was weak. Their witnesses, especially the mother, actually hurt their case more than helped them. I'm not going to say the defense had a strong case to prove his innocence, as I felt they didn't, but it was stronger than the prosecution's, and sometimes that makes all the difference.
Now that Jackson has been acquitted of the charges, he really should take a good hard look at what he has been doing. Guilt or innocence aside, with some of his escapades, such as dangling his son over the railing and this trial, he has a bad image in the general public's eye.
What frustrated me more was the way the media handled the trial. There was far too much coverage about the case, in fact, it became a worldwide event. I felt it became a media circus, even more so than the OJ Simpson case. I will concede, however, Jay Leno's monologues were funny during the trial.
The biggest problem I had was a lot of the coverage focused more on the fans proclaiming his innocence. In fact, I felt the article on the verdict was done more as a feature, as it went into great detail about the fans celebrating. There was very little if any dissenting opinion on Jackson. With the nationwide cases we've seen this year, I hope that we start seeing more coverage that is balanced. A judge and jury should try a case, not the media.

GUILTY f*ng pedo, that's so sick! There is plenty of clear evidence of his guilt over the years, now another show of under-the-desk silencing strategy. A: They both come on little crackers. crackers break sometimes..
