I forgot about F-Troop. That's one of my favorites as well. I especially like the theme to it, though I get strange looks if I sing it. I think it's one of those that also was cancelled before its time, as I think it was cancelled after a season or two.

They could do a DVD set of shows that had a following, but didn't make it past one or two seasons, such as "Mr. Terrific" and "Captain Nice", "Hank", "Camp Runamuck", "It's About Time", etc. Most of you are too young to remember these, and of course, I was just a toddler myself.

I'd throw in "The Questor Tapes" and "Quark" too

OK, I wanna see "The Mothers-In-Law". I heard alot about it from a woman I worked with. It was supposed to be very funny. It ran in the late 60's....It starred Eve Arden & Kaye Ballard. www.classictvhits.com/show.php?id=484

I still want the WHOLE series of MR. ED and the BEVERLY HILLBILLIES...just a handful of episodes is retarded. After all, they are doing all of I LOVE LUCY. I also think the television show SGT. BILKO should be out...plus, the short-running series THE ADDAMS FAMILY.

I hope you mean the original "Bilko", with Phil Silvers. That was a GREAT show! I love the episode when they had a day care center and when asked about the children, one of them said, "They won't die", and Bilko said, "That should be our slogan, They won't die."
I also love "Mr. Ed". I didn't know that it isn't on DVD. Did they just do a few episodes? I hate that. That's what they did with "That Girl". They chose a few episodes. Stupid.
"The Addams Family" is NOT on DVD by now? Wow.

I missed it when TVland was showing it. By the way, TVland is turning out to be a real dissappointment. When it first premiered, I was like, "cool"....But how many damn "Bonanza" marathons are you gonna air?

Yes, exactly! Every time I turn it on, it's Bonanza or Gunsmoke! I mean, I like a western, once in awhile, but there are so many other things that would be great to see again. Originally, I ordered TVLand because I wanted to see ThatGirl, but they stopped showing it just before I got the service!
I'd like to see "Love, American Style" again, "Barefoot in the Park", "Love on a Rooftop", "The Patty Duke Show"...many others.

Another good one would be MR. BELVEDERE. Or BOSTON COMMON. I did mean the original SGT. BILKO...the movie wasn't bad, but Steve Martin is no Phil Silvers. And, no THE ADDAMS FAMILY is not out...the MUNSTERS are, but not the BETTER of the two shows. *Shakes head* Sad.

And TV LAND sucks nowadays. It used to have MacGyver followed by the A-Team with great half-hour comedies on there like THAT GIRL, etc. Now, who knows what you will find on there that you don't want to watch. It has become the exact copy of Nick-at-Nite.

Yes! Unfortunately, that is true. Why do they show the exact same shows? Really dumb.

Nickelodeon probably bought them out and didn't want to have to buy more syndication rights.

TVland is owned by Viacom, same parent company as:
CBS, UPN, MTV, NICK, SPIKE, CMT, BET, COMEDY CENTRAL, SHOWTIME, MOVIE CHANNEL
AND...
180 Infinity Broadcasting stations, Paramount Pictures, Republic Pictures, Simon & Schuster Publishing, Pocket Books, & Spelling Entertainment.
As it was explained to me (when I was a Blockbuster Store Manager) Viacom wanted to control all aspects of a story...from script to release on film. (If you look at their holdings, its pretty much what they did).

Hmmm, out of those listed last, I'd agree with Space: 1999, and the bionic folks My all-time favorite comedy though, and my second favorite show of all time (behind Star Trek), is WKRP in Cincinnati. Last I heard, it wasn't on DVD. The studio would have issues releasing WKRP since alot of music of that era was used. Something known as royalties. It would be difficult to edit without removing dialogue. That's the problem TV Land had a few years ago. I'm hoping to see The Six Million Dollar Man, Bionic Woman, Incredible Hulk, 8 Simple Rules, & Grounded For Life released eventually. BTW, Space:1999 was released a few years ago.
