Looks like our pal Stephen J. did quite a number on the 21 Jump Street DVDs as well, including all original music changed, syndicated/dubbed versions used and episodes presented out of order. Unbelievable... www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/21jumpstreetseason3.phpAnd once again, most people are incorrectly blaming Anchor Bay... (sigh)

So far SJC has been pretty good on the A-Team...the real test will be the season 4 finale where EVE OF DESTRUCTION should play. *Looks at watch for countdown to Season 4*

It's a Universal Studios product, they are the people that have been "pretty good" with the release. If Eve is intact, they are to thank, if it's replaced Universal is to blame.

Greenguy is right, from what I've seen of the A-Team DVD releases the original music is intact (including Joey Scarbury's version of "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys" from "When You Comin' Back, Range Rider?" www.netflix.com/AddToQueue?movieid=70025570&trkid=189539). One of the worst DVD offenses I've seen is on the 21 Jump Street DVDs. Johnny Depp left after the fourth season, so for the DVD release they held back just one Johnny Depp episode to include on the fifth season DVD so they could get away with putting him on the cover (obviously, to sell more DVDs). May not matter to real fans of the series and completists, but a lot of teenaged and formerly teenaged girls might be very disappointed after shelling out big bucks for a season box set with Depp on the cover, only to get home and find one episode with Depp and 20 episodes with this guy on the right...

I don't know much about 21 Jumpstreet, but I have to agree with the release of the A-Team. Very well done overall. So far, the only song that has been changed was JUMPIN JACK FLASH from the pilot. I guess we will just have to hold our breaths on EVE OF DESTRUCTION.

well, this may be kind of an offhanded comment (because Cannell had nothing to do with it), but i have the first two seasons of MacGyver and its really irritating because theres no special features at all i dont get that....it was on for like 7 years...i wanna see interviews and stuff... GAH was on for only like, what?...3 or so years, and the dvd's are full of cool extras, you would think that a show that was on longer would have some good extra stuff on it. but its very basic.

I concur...I have the first four seasons of MAC and nothing is on it. I am hoping that the seventh season will have the two movies on it and maybe the spin-off series that the WB tried...YOUNG MACGYVER....and maybe the Mastercard commercial RDA did as MacGyver. Interviews and extras are great, but after four seasons, I am hoping for things not as grand.

So I see A-Team - Season 4 is now available on DVD. Does anyone know if Eve survived and, if so, what episode it is in?

Do you know if they ever shot a pilot? If they did, it never aired.

Does anyone know if Eve survived and, if so, what episode it is in? -Frank *sorry to repeat your answer about Eve J-man, while I was posting this you already answered* Since the set is produced by Universal, Eve survived. However some of the teasers did not. The episodes The Heart of Rock N' Roll, There Goes The Neighborhood, Members Only, Cowboy George, Waiting For Insane Wayne, The Duke of Whispering Pines, Beneath the Surface, Mission of Peace, The Trouble with Harry, A Little Town with an Accent, and The Sound of Thunder are without them. Now....I have not checked their running time minus the teasers. Let's hope someone at Universal didn't blunder and the episodes without the teasers are actually the edited syndication prints. If I have time this week maybe I can compare the teaserless episodes with my uncut episodes to check. Until then maybe someone else with both can check themselves. (J-Man?) How about anyone else with the 4th season discs, is your set missing the above mentioned teasers also?

I know the WB talked about it, but even if it did air, it was shelved and is growing old.

However, I think most of the episodes are not the edited syndication prints though. I have a lot of the A-TEAM on VHS and there are a lot of scenes that I do not have, so I am assuming that the teasers were cut because these episodes might have been a smidgeon longer. Don't know for sure, but thought I would weigh in.

Un-FRIGGIN'-believable. The show it was CREATED for, it doesn't survive the DVD - the show they used it 'additonally' for, it DOES survive, all because of cheap-ass... nevermind. I'll be quiet...

Actually the song was created a long time before GAH.
