I have enough problems speaking Texan, English and the King's English. Not only that, I can translate Spanish as it's being spoken, but can't speak it fluently. My luck, if I try speaking pirate, I'd get myself either keelhauled or be forced to walk the plank.

If you can replace Depp's face with Culp's, Ms B, then you've got the picture of the month, as far as I am concerned...
Not that I don't adore Depp. Just not as much as Culp.

Well maybe this weekend. I should be in bed now. But it can be done. I'm just the fangirl to do it.

Jo, I meant to tell you, yesterday at work (you know, on TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY??) I heard the leads talking, and one mentioned it was Talk Like A Pirate Day, so I let go with "Avast there, me hearties, ha ha!!" ala Bill Maxwell, lol! Then of course I busted up laughing, and as usual everyone thought I was a freak.

Personally, I think everydays some sort of special day. It's someone's birthday, anniversary, a holiday, etc. Some have a day named after them for some heroic deed they did, a celebrity gets a day from their hometown, a state-championship team gets a day named after them, etc. Come to think of it, I wonder if there's a juggling day, jewelrymaking day or a mascot day? That'd be odd.

What's sad is everytime I read this thread, I get "What shall we do with the drunken sailor" stuck in my head. And, it's one of the few songs I remember learning in elementary school. Others, "The Star Spangled Banner," "Texas, Our Texas (state song)," "You're a Grand Old Flag," "America the Beautiful," "Great Big House in New Orleans," and "Land of the Silver Bush." Needless to say with the first two... Jay Leno couldn't get me to goof there.
