Thanks, Mel. And, no, HD. Actually, I got a very colorful fall-tones sweater.

Totally off the wall here - and your avatar reminded me of it ... but there was a comment made here today (ThatGirl's "Boo" in another thread) that the first thing that popped in my head was *Mickey Dolenz voice* "don't do that." Have that Frankenstein-esque episode of "The Monkees" on video and it was quite funny.

LoL! I have a tendency to use that phrase. And, yes, that is a good episode.

Thanks, Mel. And, no, HD. Actually, I got a very colorful fall-tones sweater. So is that a good thing in comparison to PERFECT STRANGERS?

Yes, it is, actually.

Oh. As excited as you used to be about PERFECT STRANGERS, I wasn't for sure.

Hey Lauren, didn't know if you'd be interested in this, but Earthbound Trading Co. has replica posters of the Monkees concerts. Don't know how much they cost, but I saw them at the mall the other day. (Then again, odds could be that it was just decoration only, but worth a shot.)

Alas, it appears the closest of those stores is in Pennsylvania... waaaay too far away from me here in Massachusetts.

Alas, it appears the closest of those stores is in Pennsylvania... waaaay too far away from me here in Massachusetts. Sorry... and I guess they don't have an online version either. That said, I figured out what it was for now - the Monkees tour with Jimi Hendrix. Have to admit - the fact it's got Hendrix in it might be why Earthbound has it there.

I looked & they don't. But, hey, it's the thought that counts.

I've got the 360 version.. Seems a lot better than last years', the AI still needs some work in singles matches. Even tried out the highlight reel maker. The updated graphics and models do look better.

I already found a huge list of unlockables & codes to activate some characters & attires.
I've played one match so far. I played Jericho vs. Santino w/ Beth... after I won the match, I got to perform a Codebreaker on Santino... that rocked! I didn't know that you could cheap shot your opponent after the end of the match.

I didn't know that either! I've also been playing around with the Highlight Reel option. One thing I like about some of these wrestling games are the timing and placement of moves and objects. Even though someone falls on a ladder they don't get the damage from it like you'd expect unless you do a move with the ladder or it's a specific ladder move. This incident happened in a cpu vs cpu match so I had to make a highlight reel out of it and since I have no capture card, I used my cellphone.
