Wow, my respect for him just got higher. He's a very classy gentleman and someone who's still an inspiration to kids everywhere (and I include young at heart). I knew he had reduced the amount of gold he wore in "The A-Team" around the time he had cancer, but didn't really notice he had stopped doing it until just recently when he did a "In the year 2000" sketch on Conan's show. He's also just too funny to watch when he finds something funny. He has a laugh that you wouldn't expect from a tough guy. It's too bad I can't watch the show right now, but if they show it in reruns, I'll definitely be watching.

Has anyone seen Mr. T in an early 80s film called DC Cab? You have to have a very twisted sense of humor to appreciate this movie. But, Mr.T basically plays the tough guy with the heart of gold, his trademark persona.

I have the DVD and it's very clean and sharp looking for an early 80s film. DC Cab is one of those films that is so hilariously politically incorrect that it would never get made today by a major studio. There are so many great lines in this film.

I have yet to see that movie, but I think it would be great to see. Did anyone ever see the TV show with Mr. T? I don't have cable so I missed it. Was it inspirational and helpful? Think it will be out on DVD?

Think it will be out on DVD? I've only seen a little of it, but it was pretty good. Ever since his cancer battle, he's done a lot (or if already was, even more) community service projects to help others. He's also spoken on church broadcasts about his faith. That says a lot about him off screen. It's nice too to see actors really doing stuff to help others... not being a figurehead like I feel with some of the ribbon wearing on awards shows. Hopefully, it'll be out on DVD so people can see a different side of Mr. T outside of his "A-Team" persona. Not that it's bad, but there's always two sides of people.

Well, MelMac, his A-TEAM persona wasn't BAD...he just had human moments that made him mean like we all do. In a LOT of episodes, he voted to take the charity case because he was mad that people needed their help at all against evil. He also helped out with children and stuff a lot...which they worked into the show...kind of like MACGYVER did. This is just more of the latter and less of the former.

I'm sorry, I should've clarified. While I know he had a kinder side in the show, people remember BA as what his initials stand for first when I've asked people about him. (well that or the fact he had to be knocked out to fly on a plane). I know he helped out a lot of people in that show as well as others he's appeared in. If it helps my explanation better about watching the show, it's showing the opposite side of him in the Rocky movie he was in. As far as I remember, he really was a mean ornery outfit.

Never saw ROCKY III. I think this would be great on DVD...maybe including as an extra: BRING BACK THE A-TEAM.

Never saw ROCKY III. I think this would be great on DVD...maybe including as an extra: BRING BACK THE A-TEAM. That would be possible IMHO, given they put in a episode of "Shazaam!" with the "Wonder Woman" DVDs. But, I think too it'd be great to show that not all actors are doing things to put themselves in the spotlight to show how "great" they are. (BTW, while I feel this way about some actors, not all have this attitude) He's doing it because he really cares about kids, and is having fun doing it too. I noticed that a lot with him in the eps I saw him helping kids on the show.

Agreed. The show was built AROUND him and part of that was his image and desire to help kids. Maybe they could put the old MR. T cartoon on DVD too.

I remember watching that cartoon series, and even having a "Mr. T and Friends" book of mazes. I think if I saw that, especially since I saw they have Filmation's "Ghostbusters" out on DVD, I think they'd need to give me a glass of water and a chair at Best Buy. (Reason... I never expected "Ghostbusters" to be out as fast as it has. This would be just as surprising.)

I prefer the SLIMER AND GHOSTBUSTERS myself, but I think I would pay to see this one again too with Mr. T. Maybe they should do like the GHOSTBUSTERS movies and put two cartoons on as extras when they bring this show out on DVD.

Who could play B.A. in this day and age? I vote for __________. Yes, we should keep from talking about this too much until after the reveal of the Match Game answers. Which everyone should send answers in...I have a few, but I need more so I can get the reveal done!
