I won't buy two unless he signs at least one of them. LOL! Indeed an autographed copy hopefully, for his longtime TGAH online friends.

Looks like Decades station is having a GAH-thon today and tomorrow... not sure yet if it’s original music version. I’m recording them just in case.

Hi, I haven’t been around these parts in years. I used to be a regular. Like the above poster said, the Decades Channel is having a GAH binge marathon. I’m at work on night shift, and was skimming channels in the break room. I’ll be sure to watch any chance I get. Even though I have the DVDs, it’s cool when a TV station airs them, especially with the original music. I can’t set my DVR to record from here, but I am sure an app out there exists to do that, lol.
Anyway, the coolest part is that the opening intro teaser is intact. Makes it feel like the original ABC network broadcast and not the syndicated reruns.
Well it looks like they are airing the DVD releases from 2005 with the altered music. The original Stephen Geyer/Joey Scarbury stuff is in there, but none of the cover songs made specifically for GAH are present. Also, it’s edited for time, so they are not uncut episodes. I’m surprised they include the opening intro teaser. Still cool to see an old 80s favorite broadcast on TV.
Hope everyone is well. I’ll try to drop in more, I remember good times here in the old days.

Question for you guys?
Did Decades air Operation: Spoilsport, and was Eve of Destruction intact like it was in the 2008 Retro TV Network broadcasts?
Does Decades air the series in it's original aspect ratio, or do they stretch it into fake widescreen as the Heroes & Icons channel does?

Just a heads up that all three seasons of GAH are now available to stream for Amazon Prime members. Unfortunately, the episodes contain the replacement music for the original cover songs.

Thanks for the heads up!
UGH...I seriously doubt we will ever see the original music intact on any sort of media inside the United States.

Just discovered the series is also on a new streaming service called STIRR. I only checked the pilot, but again it's the music replacement episodes. I can't provide a direct link, but typing in the series name when using the search link below will get you there. stirr.com/search

You're welcome. Pretty sure the Syfy Channel kept the original cover songs when they aired a GAH marathon on the 4th of July back in 2010. At least I distinctly remember them including "Eve of Destruction" for the Operation Spoilsport episode.

It's a shame more marathons like this don't happen on networks, especially in down times for those channels.

At least I distinctly remember them including "Eve of Destruction" for the Operation Spoilsport episode. I don't remember about the cover tunes in the July marathon. I remember a co-worker had it on that morning at work, and I turned it on when I came home but I can't say one way or another. If Eve was there, it might have been the only one. That was right after the time period that it was running on the Retro Television Network, and Eve was the only cover tune intact during that period of syndication. I do remember the uproar from Twilight Zone fans who bombarded the channel with complaints, because that was the first time in years that they didn't air the original TZ on July 4th.

The third season episodes on Prime are all in the correct broadcast order, unlike the Anchor Bay DVDs.

Excellent! Thanks for the information, and welcome to the forum!
Looks like ACE TV is in over 50 television markets, and available streaming.
Curious if they air it in the correct aspect ratio, and if any of the 2nd or 3rd season teasers are attached.

The series is now airing on one of WBNX TVs sub-channels 55.6. The station serves the Cleveland-Akron-Canton-Sandusky Ohio area. www.wbnx.com/binge-tv

I was curious and contacted ACE TV to see if the channel was streaming and if it could be accessed with devices like a Roku, etc. Sadly their answer was no. Here's a list of ACE stations and it appears it can be watched if one is a DISH subscriber. www.acetelevisionnetwork.com/where-to-watch-ace/
