It appears Mill Creek will re-release TGAH on DVD. More than likely the new discs will be struck from the same music changed masters that Anchor Bay used. Great news that some other Cannell series will have more releases (Hunter, Silk Stalkings) and some others new (Tenspeed and Brownshoe) to DVD! www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Site-News-Cannell-Mill-Creek-Distro-Deal/12817

Forgive my ignorance, but what does Mill Creek stand to gain from re-releasing tGAH? Unless they plan to do more special features/cast recollections (unlikely), then aren't there enough Anchor Bay copies around for those who have not yet purchased the series, either in the original release or the collector's box?
I think we should petition Cannell/Mill Creek to spend the $$$ and PUT THE MUSIC BACK. Why would we, the extremely loyal fans that we are, buy a second (or third) set just for new menus?

I agree. I am not buying it again...
not even on blu-ray.
...but I might reconsider if it had the original music. I could flog the other copy on ebay for cheap to an unsuspecting person...

No clue as to why they want to release it again. If they re-release it with the original music intact, new interviews/bonus content, or Blu-Ray I will buy it again, if its just a standard release of the same material or less I won't.

Weird, but I will keep my eyes open for it.
I wish they would do some of the lesser known ones like THE QUEST and such too. Maybe they will in time. ;D
