Meet William Katt at the Texas Frightmare Weekend taking place on April 30 through May 2nd 2010. For more information go to: www.texasfrightmareweekend.comI've been debating this - I could actually attend this convention. For once, he's visiting in an area that I could actually attend the event. That said - it's a horror convention and while I LOVE working in haunted houses, dealing with them as a tourist... well... I'll have to wait and see what is going on around that time. Work could also be factor as well.

Work could also be factor as well. Heck Mel if you can afford it you should go see Katt, might be the only chance you get. Besides some of the other guests have done far more that just horror. Meg Foster, Morgot Kidder, and Sig Haig just to name three I remember from the site. Haig has been around forever, would love to see him in person. Plus I would venture to say the dealers room will be loaded with stuff and not just horror items in most cases.

Thanks Greenguy... I just hope that WORK doesn't interfere with the chance either. That has to be one of the more difficult times too with it being baseball/softball season by then. All that said... if I can go and afford it, I might actually go and do so. (And probably - out of force of habit, go and say "Marci Says Hi" too. )

Sid Haig? I think he was in an episode of the A-TEAM. ;D Mel: It's called vacation. Vacation? What's that? At least if I do get to go, I can afford it. I'd just have to hope that it'd be where I could see him in one day - particularly if he's going to be there one day. It's a bit silly for me to buy a weekend pass when there aren't many actors that will be there that I really want to meet. Too bad Robert Englund won't be there (at least at this post) - I'd love to tell him I enjoyed his role as Willie in "V." He'd also probably be very surprised I've never seen him as Freddy Krueger in the "Nightmare" series... well, save the old theater trailers.
