There's one episode that sticks in my mind from childhood that I retain only sketchy details from. I know the spaceship came back and Bill got shot by somebody. I remember Bill being beamed aboard so the aliens could save him. I think there was also a moment earlier in the episode where Ralph crashes into the office, plane, or what have you of a diplomat or something. Anyone have any idea which episode this is and from what season?

I remember Bill being beamed aboard so the aliens could save him. I think there was also a moment earlier in the episode where Ralph crashes into the office, plane, or what have you of a diplomat or something. Anyone have any idea which episode this is and from what season? I'm not too sure which one you're talking about, butI think you're referring to "Vanity, Says the Preacher," where Bill and two others are shot and are healed by the green guys. Now, I think they were there because Bill was being too gung-ho and was letting his vanity get to him. Ralph prior to that crashes into an office to get a letter to read to the movement saying that says a group can kill them and the shooters wouldn't be held responsible. (This is based on what I remember, it's been a while since I've seen it, so bits may seem odd.) Now, there was another story where Ralph is shot and the green guys come and save his life. That one is "Divorce, Venusian Style," which is one of the top favorites here. In this one, Ralph crashes into a telephone pole shortly before and catches the bad guys. He is still mad at Bill, takes off the suit and "quits." When Bill is attacked by a group of Nazis and is in the line of fire, Ralph takes a bullet for him without the suits protection. Therefore, the green guys bring them to Palmdale, save his life and lecture them about working together. Hope this helps.

I think you have it, MelMac. Bill was only taken aboard twice with an injury to someone...his injury came in VANITY.
