Currently, there are two episodes (at least that I know of) that featured Culp as a guest star on "Arthur Hailey's Hotel."
This series of course also featured Connie Sellecca as a star of the show (as Christine Francis), and was the show she was on when they attempted "GAHeroine." (Of note, I have watched this series as well as have read the original book and will say that I cannot see anyone else as having played Christine had Connie decided to go back to "GAH" had Katt also been available).
Child's Play:
Glass People:
As far as I can see though, the two characters do not interact in either story.

By the way, it's been about 30 years*, but isn't Pseudo-Tony in one of those episodes, too? Sellecca, Culp and Carafotes all in one episode. That's not bad for a GAH reunion. *Yup, I'm goin' strictly on memory. Scary, ain't it?

There is one scene in one of these though that appears to have Connie and Culp in the same shot, but neither recognize each other. Then again - given that they had "Brady Bunch" stars Florence Henderson and Robert Reed (as two different and unmarried characters) apparently recognize each other in an episode of "The Love Boat" they probably didn't want to copy it. Though "Hotel" was sometimes seen as a landlocked "Love Boat," I'd say though in this case it was to avoid the cheesy-campiness of such a scene.
