In "Saturday Night on Sunset Boulevard", after the Russian suicide team takes Pam hostage and they're all waiting at the hotel—and then the Russkies called with their demands. How the heck did those Russkies get that phone number anyway? How did they know exactly which fleabag hotel room Bill Maxwell was staying in? Huh? And if they knew, why no surprise attack? Just kick in the door, take the other chick hostage and be done with it.
Oh well, I probably shouldn't try to think too much, or they'll put me in the bug bin.

Either that, or they called a bunch of flea-bag hotels and asked "Is there a Bill Maxwell registered at your hotel?" But yeah - Pam told them.
