In SATURDAY ON SUNSET BOULEVARD, I was disappointed we didn't get to hear Ralph's rebuttal to Paco about maybe he was teaching them because he wasn't good enough for the regular school. I know that we are supposed to glean that their involvement with Bill's case was the reason and that the individual was important, but it would have added to the episode to me. Ralph can give some great motivational speeches, like he does with Tony later in the episode, so why not at the beginning so we could see the progression of the class coming to his viewpoint?
Paco's comment does make me wonder though. In the pilot, Ray told us that he was sorry Ralph got the duty. That makes it sound like it rotates throughout the teachers. Was it just Ralph's turn or had he been seen as someone not good enough? Again in the pilot, he was late to assembly, so maybe the administration didn't think he cut the mustard.

Additionally, did anyone notice how smug Ronda looked when Paco asked Ralph that. It was surprising because usually she is the only student in Ralph's corner.
