[glow=red,2,300]William Katt Programs Own Name Into TiVo February 18, 2004 | Issue 40•07[/glow]
LOS ANGELES—Sources close to William Katt said Monday that the Greatest American Hero star has his own name programmed into his TiVo digital video recorder. "Bill gets really excited when he comes home and finds one of his 7th Heaven episodes or sees that he's caught House IV on Cinemax," friend Ray Morris said. "Maybe he does it so he knows to watch for a residual check." Morris said Katt also frequently scans his listing on the Internet Movie Database for errors.

I wonder why he DOES set his TIVO to himself. I like the idea of getting a residual check. Maybe he is trying to prove the Billy Katt theory...that when one station airs a show of his, so does another. When nothing of his is on, nothing else is either. It might be an all-or-nothing deal so he is checking it out.

He doesn't really, that originally appeared on The Onion. A website devoted to all sort of nonsense made up news. You know, when I saw the issue number and all on the original post, I was going to ask, To what, The Onion? It had a very Onion-y smell to it. I should've guessed, sounds like something they'd come up with, lol.

Personally, I thought he looked high at the Battle Of The TV Reality Stars thing.

Too bad. That was a great story...and sometimes you wonder if maybe the Onion and the tabloids are reporting what REALLY goes on. Have to blame MEN IN BLACK for that idea.

Not familiar w/ the Onion, but it sounds like bad stuff. Still, I thought it was pretty funny. I guess I'd do the same thing..lol

Maybe we should send in fake stories to the Onion about our favorite cast members and their current activities.
