Are you going? Um, no... I doubt it. Like so many others, she will only travel so far for GAH. i.e.: "I would LOVE to go to a GAH convention, as long as it's here in Podunk, BFE. They could have it in the Executive Meeting Room at the local Holiday Inn Express, as long as we don't have more than 16 people, since that's the maximum capacity. Ooh, do you think Katt will be there?"

Actually, I live in Northern California, in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we travel to L.A. several times a year. This one will be just for fun!

Paré did not show up after all, but we actually had a great time anyway. It was really fun! That's a shame. Wonder if he ended up with another engagement that he couldn't miss (or he ended up getting a role for a movie or something.) Glad you had fun though. Just a silly question though... is Fangoria the group that focuses on B-horror movies or horror movies in general? Sounds silly, but pretty much the only real horror movies I"ve seen are both "Carrie" movies and "House." I've seen parts of "Final Destination 3" but it got to the point of hokieness (read overkill on the death scenes) that I stopped watching.

He is filming a movie in Hungary. It really turned out great anyway. Lots of great people, lots of celebrities.
Yes, Fangoria is all about horror movies. I'm really not a horror movie afficionado, but it was really interesting to listen to the directors and actors talk about their work.

Well, we're going to try again this year, April 25-27. Three or four members from my Paré site are going to go too! I hope he shows up this time, but if he doesn't, we'll still have a blast. In case anyone is interested: www.creationent.com/cal/dod.htm

If he doesn't show up, you should consider putting him in the same dark hole of fandom as Don Cervantes.

In case anyone is interested: www.creationent.com/cal/dod.htmI hope he does too, but if he's busy with filming, that's good too. Now, if they'd only have these conventions somewhere I can drive to them. But, at least I was there kinda sorta at the Boston convention when Marci gave Katt that letter I wrote. I'd just like to meet one of the actors from the show.

How do we find out about all the cons and their guests? I mean I look but I don't find. If it were not for GG I would have never found out about WK in Mass There has to be some con circuit or something. I know there amy be a lot out there but then you'd have to know the names of all the different cons. How did GG find out about the one in Mass?
