Here's a thread for any appearance of a GAH actor/actress in some other program, but you really aren't exactly sure it's actually them. Get it? Clear as mud, I know. Okay, I was pointed to a clip by a fellow member (who can chime in that they found it only if they want to ) & since I didn't have the url at first, I went looking for it myself. Turned out, I found a second version of the clip. Here's the two videos: www.youtube.com/watch?v=830s2dr7TNo (clip at 7:09 to 8:19) www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1v6k8YA7Ug (clip at 5:42 to 7:02) And here's a cap I grabbed. Part of me wants to say it is Katt, but part wants to say it isn't him. The only thing definite is that I haven't listened to the clips yet, so I have no idea about his voice. So... yay or nay?

I've seen these too, and have wondered if it might be a similar looking actor from "Perry Mason" (William Moses). (Katt's acting is much better though IMHO. ) Because I've listened to the voice and it sounds and doesn't sound like him, it's been a bugger to try and figure this out, because it seems like it'd be an interesting movie.

Wouldn't his hair be curlier?

If it was longer, yes. It looks like it's very short here (or it could've even been straightened...)

I say nay. It's defiantly not him. and shame on you for not knowing the dif...although you get points for wanting it to be him.

A good clue are the earlobes. The guy in that YouTube cap has earlobes bigger than WK's, from what I can tell.

The want was overruling the truth. That's why the question was tossed out. That, & now we have a thread for this sort of thing if it happens again. Thank you.

I say nay. It's defiantly not him. and shame on you for not knowing the dif...although you get points for wanting it to be him. Well, you can blame me, the mysterious person who sent it to Lauren. ( ) I had first heard the shorter version of this, and it sounded like Katt. And, the bit toward the end where the guy goes "Where am I?" the facial expressions and vocal tone sounded like him as well. Putting the two together (and apparently getting 3) I decided to ask Lauren first since she has a lot of Katt's movies and such. My case, I only have 4 movies and I think four episodes he guest starred in). On rewatching, I have thought about it being William Moses, who starred in the Perry Mason movies after Katt left, because he does have a similar look. This doesn't mean, however, I haven't been wrong at times. Besides, things like this are how I have found out shows that some of our favorite actors have been in that aren't listed on IMDB.

Lauren, that's similar to me seeing someone I'd SWEAR was WK on the street of Seattle. I don't habitually stare at people, but I couldn't help but gawk. The guy looked at me and kind of grinned, which reinforced my idea it might be Billy Katt, like he was waiting for me to say something. I'm such a goob because A) I wasn't quite sure and B) if it WAS him, I would've been too shy to say anything! This guy looked a lot like the one I've seen on "House, MD," however.

Makeup can age people as well, and some of his stuff pre-House made him appear a little older. I think if it was him here, it'd been because his hair is a tad too short. I think the best length of hair on him is the length it's been recently, more along what he had third season of GAH and the GAHeroine pilot (though I'll admit it's lighter and not as curly ) And, I had a similar experience one time when I was San Marcos in regards to thinking I saw a GAH actor. I had passed by a gentleman who on first glance looked like Robert Culp. Turned around, and saw it wasn't him, but he similed at me and I said hi and kept going. If nothing else, I brightened his day, as he seemed a bit down. Come to think of it too, I also think I might've met Katt one time at "TEXAS," but I thought it was someone else. Thing was, more than likely it was some poor average Joe wondering why I stood there a bit confused then realized I needed to give him 50 cents in change.

That person above was not who you thought it was, but this is... 1972 I might add.

That person above was not who you thought it was, but this is... 1972 I might add. Yep, know this one. It's from "Emergency!" and the ep's "Weird Wednesday." And... yes, that's Randolph Mantooth. He's my favorite of the two paramedics, Robert Culp (Dr. Brackett) was my favorite of the doctors, and Michael Norell (Capt. Stanley) was my favorite firefighter. And... now that we're pretty sure that it was a case of mistaken identity for the clip in question above, I'm still curious to see what movie it's from and who it actually is. There is an uncanny resemblance regardless, just like these whole bits Jo's been doing with potential father/son and mother/daughter pairings.

There was another one I had, but I just realized it couldn't be who I thought it was. I watched "Saints and Sinners" one day (catching it after the credits), and I thought Connie was one of the actors in the show. Turns out I was wrong, but if I had been right, it'd been neat to see her in another show, and this one more of a drama.

On second look to at the original clip, I've wondered if this might be Ian Zeiring (Beverly Hills 90210) by mistake. He has similar short blond hair and shaped face. 'Course, I might be wrong here once I look at some clips/pics of him from "Dancing with the Stars."

Well, the mystery is solved. Like a normal literal juggler, I was way off... on all my guesses. The movie the clip above is from is "Death Ring," which was made in 1993, and does not have Katt, Moses or Ziering in the movie. Thing is, IMDB doesn't tell us who's who so I still can't ID the person. Oh well. Now that it's settled, as Lauren said, this thread is for any thing we think we see someone from GAH in but aren't sure. Have fun.

Reading the plot summary, I believe it's the main character played by Mike Norris (son of Chuck Norris).
