I even had that thought in my head, and I didn't really watch "Hunter" growing up. :-\
I have to say though, it'll be interesting to see this type of production though. Is it serious, humorous, or really someone named Hunter who fights crime fighting an alien a la "Men in Black."

I preferred the show SLEDGEHAMMER over HUNTER although I watched both.

I think Katt and Dedee Pfeiffer charaters are trying to save the town from these two aliens.

I bet that is a straight-to-video release.

Yes...it is. A lot of what this production company does is striaght to DVD stuff.

Must be because they don't have any original ideas.

It being a small town makes me wonder if it's going to be leaning more into comedy though. (coming from where I do, we have one of the No. 1 jokes going on.) Guess we'll have to wait and see.

So maybe on a PROBLEM CHILD 3 scale?

So maybe on a PROBLEM CHILD 3 scale? "House" is good HD. It's a comic horror and considered cheezy by today's standards, but it's a fun romp. (I could kid about some of Connie's works too you know, but I won't. )

Hence the reason I did not quote Nicol because I was not referencing that. Go ahead...you can bash Connie...you are just jealous.

Hey, I've been part of an internationally known musical, so on the acting bit. I like Connie too, but Katt's my favorite. And, to answer your question, I just flowed the posts in my comments. Doesn't mean I can't say "House is good HD," just had my head in the clouds and read your post wrong. (Part of that's because I'm about to turn in my fair projects, so it's like the rain's finally starting to lighten up... before I start rehearsing for the talent show next Saturday. )

Guess what I am going to watch this weekend? AVP. I know it doesn't come out until Tuesday but I know people in video stores. She is also one of my reps. I told her all about my day with WK. she got a kick out of it. I've only seen just the first 2 alien movies so I hope you don't have to follow the rest to understand this one.

From what I've read about this since it's release, it's pretty much a version of "AvP," and that the production group tends to leech off of the blockbuster counterparts and do a similar story on a cheaper budget. Ex. they have just completed their take on "I am Legend" or "The Omega Man" That said, the reviews about Katt and DeeDee Peiffer have been high and in some cases their performances are touted as the best thing about the movie. Sounds like it's more of a B-scifi/horror movie, but it should be fun to watch (i.e. "Snake Island.")
