Looking at clips on YouTube, Pare's sure been in a few interesting movies. Some of the words he's said too make you do a double take, and almost expect Tony to say if "GAH" could've gotten away with them. LOL! Some good, some not so good.

Well... any actor has good and bad movies, but most of the time the good outway the bad. While I'll probably like him best in "GAH," from what I've watched of "Eddie and the Cruisers" he has done a few good ones as well. Kinda like how I feel with Faye Grant - favorite show will be "GAH" but I also liked her work in "V." I'd kinda like to see "Starhunter" though - just because the concept seems a bit interesting.

Starhunter was interesting. Sometimes a little hard to follow.
Have you seen "Midnight Heat", "Into the Sun" or "Merchant of Death"?

Outside of "GAH" and "Eddie and the Cruisers," I've only seen snippets of movies on YouTube. The most recent one is where he plays twins and such, which seems pretty interesting... if the language says anything. :-\

Thanks, videofox!
Eric Red was the director of Badmoon, and is the director of Michael's latest movie, with Famke Janssen, titled "100 Feet". We met Eric Red at the Fango convention as well. He's a bit moodier than Michael.

I found and got "Starhunter" at Best Buy today. I'm going to watch it later tonight and tomorrow. It was pretty reasonable to - unlike some of the "Doctor Who" stories I'd like to get. (Why $35 for Jon Pertwee 6-ep stories is beyond me. Same goes with the Troughton ep "Invasion" ) Then again, I think Pare would've been good as Jack Harkness in "Doctor Who," though if he'd do it would've been another matter (the character is Bi, which has had mixed results everywhere). For some reason that just crossed my mind thinking on the current series' run of characters. :-\

I hope you like it. I found it confusing at times, but all in all, interesting to watch.

Yep, it has, and from what little I've read it sounds pretty intriguing. It's horror, but not the egregious amount of sex, nudity and gore you see now with slasher movies. It sounds like more of the classic horror movies.

Sorry ThatGirl. Was tired after being busy trying to not get run over by kids who are chasing a puppy dog around at an event.

No wonder I forgot. I'm the one who started that thread! LOL! I'm just too befuddled sometimes.
Anyway, I hope it works out. Maybe they BOTh will come to the next Fangoria Convention!

Saw a couple of episodes of "Starhunter" so far. Not a bad series, but yes, it can be a bit confusing at times. It reminds me a bit of a cross between "Andromeda" and "Firefly" though - that sci-fi western type style with closer to modern day clothes.

Michael has a bunch of projects coming out right now. If you like ghost stories, then you might like "100 Feet", directed by Eric Red, who also directed "Badmoon" If you like really gross, unforgivable horror, then you might like "Seed", directed by Uwe Boll (I am personally boycotting that one.) The one that looks kind of promising to me is Road to Hell, which is kind of a sequel to "Streets of Fire". Well, it's different than the original. Unfortunately I guess the main hero has been so jaded by war that now he is an anti-hero. That is kind of a shame but the author was exploring what could really happen to some mercenary soldiers. Here is the website if anyone is interested. www.roadtohellmovie.com/The movie he is attached to with William Katt, titled "Room and Board", sounds like it will be a little more old fashioned and campy, but I don't really know anything about it yet except what is at IMDB. www.imdb.com/title/tt1001546/"Tunnel Rats" is about the Viet Nam war. Might be a good part for him, but probably pretty scary and sad, considering the subject. www.imdb.com/title/tt0970462/

Saw Michael this weekend at Screamfest, for the screening of "100 Feet". Here he is with my daughter, Wendy.
