Since I don't remember the shows and haven't seen them since they first aired, I will just watch and enjoy.
Which was the episode where "Help Me, Rhonda" played?

The song "Help me Rhonda" played during the episode "Saturday on Sunset Boulevard" when Ralph, Pam and the Kids were trying to find Theresa and Serge. I don't think the song played during season 2.

Check the episodes that are heavy with cover songs: "Operation: Spoilsport" "Classical Gas" "Hog Wild"

I swear, if they screw with the cover songs in the season two DVD, they're gonna have to clip out 15 friggin' minutes of Classical Gas! ARGH!

I'd be curious to know if the Japanese version comes complete with all the songs.

Yes, the Japanese DVDs have all the original songs intact as originally aired. Expensive as hell, but worth it if you want the real stuff. If you're interested in obtaining them, please contact me at: kolchak@ameritech.net

Ilana Thanks! I'm less upset about the music because I just don't remember what they played the first time, but that one I remember. Also, I remember they played "Rocket Man", but I don't remember which episode it was.

"Rocket Man" was never used in Season Two.

"Operation: Spoilsport" alone has three different cover tunes: "Shut Down", "It's a Beautiful Morning", and "Eve of Destruction" (played, what, three times?), plus the original Geyer tune, "I'm No Hero". That's a lot of tunes.
"Clasical Gas" also has three cover tunes: "Brass in Pocket", "All Right Now", and didn't Rhonda sing one other song at the club early in the episode who's title escapes me at the moment?

Well THAT one should still be there at least - The Wings Of Love was an original song written for the show by Stephen Geyer.

That's right. I remembered the other song this morning while I was driving my car, but I forgot it again.
Damn, I'm old (almost 37).

The song Rhonda sang "The Wings of Love" was my favorite song from that episode.

"Rocket Man" was never used in Season Two. No, I meant, what episode, out of all of them, was it in? I know it's been mentioned here, but I couldn't seem to find that post. Thanks.

Thanks! If you can believe it, I had to watch them with the sound off, reading the subtitles because my little girl was really sick, and had finally fallen asleep! I watched them again later, but missed some. (I get interrupted a lot! LOL!)
