So, I'm supposed to return my discs to Wal-Mart? I already opened the box and played the DVDs. Without opening the box you couldn't have had noticed the missing booklet. I suggest you to ask people at Wal-Mart their policy about defective products. If they say that you're only missing a little booklet, remember them that you paid for a GAH boxset in its entirety, not for a GAH boxset without booklet.

Right! And if they offer to replace them, ask them to open it right there, so you can both see if the book is in there. They can open a hundred of them, for all you should care. You are paying for a product and not getting it.
I had to return my Season 1 set because one of the shows kept stopping, even though the rest worked. They replaced it at the store,(Fry's).

I bought my set from Wal-mart and I have watched 5 out of the 6 discs so far and no problems. I did not however, receive a booklet of any kind with it. It doesn't say on the back of the box about a booklet. Then again season 1 didn't say anything about a booklet included and there was.

Thanks to this topic, i discovered i have the same problem, too and, of course, the trivia booklet is missing... ...it seems there are a lot of "bugged" season2 boxset copies around. I have received a new boxset as replacement of the old defective one and, believe it or not, THE NEW BOXSET HAS THE SAME DEFECT (=2 discs with the same content)!!! 'Nuff said!

BTW, paying for an original product and then having to do with a lot of troubles (defective or missings discs, replaced music, missing booklets...) really makes me think how nice buying bootleg copies is.

i just recently got mine from walmart, and yes, the same problem. I was fuming pee-ed off when I didnt hear "eve of destruction", then even more when I noticed I had no book and a duplicate of the last dics. I am raging mad, besides the dvds not being "menu" easy like normal dvd's, this is a problem that may be in season 3 also. I hope they are happy, making us suffer.

I'm lucky to say that at least I got all my 2nd season DVD's correct and with the booklet.
I'm still extremely pissed off about the changed songs. I dont have the money to get the Japanese sets and it just seems that Cannell or whomever released this to make a quick buck and not worry about the quality of the show itself by using altered songs.
Yes I do enjoy watching the DVD's for the great sound and picture, but every time I watch it just depresses me even more.

Crap...
I just opened my season two and checked this out, and they're identical *sigh*. I already had to return my Season One due to a glitch in the last DVD, and now this. Quality control would be nice...
