I was born in October of 1989. Now before you start screeming at me about how I could have known about the GAH, let me explain. I used to love Wonder Woman and Batman. I remember a time when wonder woman was on at 6 and two eppisodes of batman Soon they kicked Batman off the air and i was so pissed. Little did I know that the show they put on would literally change my life. I was probably about five.. just starting Kindergarten. I was the kid of the 80s who litterally lived in the 90s but thought it was the 80's if that makes any sense. They took the show off in a few years, and i have not had the chance to see it for many years So when rumor had it that the show would be put onto DVD's, I was so happy. (and I still am) I purchased both of them for fear that they might be pulled from the shelves after this printing (Hopefully they wont) But regardless, the memory of the actuall content of the show remains vague, and only I only remember selected scenes here and there. I know many of you still have the VHS tapes of the orriginal boadcasts. I was wondering if any of you could make MP3s of what is missing from the DVDs? For all i can tell these releases were 100% orriginal (but of course, it left the air when i was 9)

There are a good handful of songs (some that were cut) over at the 2 Yahoo G.A.H. 'Groups'. If you'd like to join (it's free, of course), here are the links to both: GROUP_1: tinyurl.com/58mdfGROUP_2: tinyurl.com/4xlbr

Hey welcome aboard! I guess you are talking about when GAH was rerun on the FX channel back in the mid 90s right?
I myself have always wondered about the really younger fans (like those born after the early 80s) and GAH. Especially now that it's on DVD and available to everyone, the show will never again be dominated only by fans who remember the original broadcasts, or at least the syndicated reruns in the mid and late 80s.

Of course i was talking about FX's broadcast. Until they took it off, FX was my favorite channel. (And truthfully, for the first few epps i saw, i hated GAH cause i missed by batman... but GAH surely won me over. TRIVIA NOTE: The First Epp that FX plaid was the Curcus one!)

Now I feel old. I am going to be 35 on Friday I was 19 in October of 1989 and was in college. I remember watching the GAH when it was on CBS on Wednesday nights. I practically had to beg my parents to let me stay up late to watch the pilot because I was 11.

I was the 9th grade in the fall of 1989. In the strictest biological sense, technically I am old enough to be the parent of someone born in 1989!! I've already seen 13 and 14 year old kids born in 1991 that are already adult size and many well over like 6 ft tall and walking around with big nasty beards and stuff. I was also technically in high school, even though that freshmen year always felt like an extended version of my late 80s middle school years to me. I think in October of 1989 was when I took part in the history fair of my school. I did it on aviation! Ok, so that's close enough to GAH with the flying and all. I still have my backboard too, but I don't think I have the report I wrote up on my old IBM computer. I didn't win, but I got "honorable mention", and an A on the report and overall presentation. -scenario-
