Herald, Ralph didn't put the briefcase into his room for two reasons - 1. He was in a rush and worried about dealing with the BB Gun (tax auditor) and just forgot), and 2. If he had stayed cool, calm and collected he wouldn't have been able to save BB's life later on in the episode. Ahhhh! That tax auditor was a real son of a........gun, wasn't he? I enjoyed when Ralph finally had enough of this guy and basically told him where to go. ;D Talk about a low-life on a power trip, eh? You know he was one of the few GAH villians I actually remembered afterward. And the whole time I was thinking, "Oh he's so mean, I hope they stop him!" Lol. I also loved the whole scene when Ralph and Bill are breaking into the office. Remember back in the early days when Bill had to force Ralph to experiment with the suit? Now that Ralph's more comfortable with it, Bill's going, "Cocky, Ralph, cocky!" Lol, Oh superheroes, they grow up so fast.

Btw I just noticed this for the first time, one of the kidnappers was Gul Dukat on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Looks exactly the same, well except for the lack of makeup, lol.
Another small thing I liked was when Ralph threatens to introduce Bixby to the suit in a dark alley, and Pam scolds him, "Ralph..." and Bill just goes, "Nyahh..." like that won't work, lol.

Ah yes, the talented actor Marc Alaimo------better known as Gul Dukat.
He appeared in several of my favorite TV shows, including three episodes (playing different characters) of The Incredible Hulk. The best of those three appearances is "Nine Hours", in which he plays a tormented former cop, now a raging alcoholic, wanting to drain the memory of having let his partner die because of his cowardice. Powerful stuff!
