I've seen a much better poster done with a different twist. I have to see if I still have it someplace. Not that cast of course. This was from a few years ago.

As far as I can tell, this is a piece of fan art. If you look at the actors' faces, Wilson's has a type of grain you would see in newspapers or inside pages of magazines while Connelly's and Campbell's look more like a poster print. Most of the time, the quality of the portraits of actors look the same on a poster, either sharp or using some other technique. Overall, however, I think he did a good job at designing the poster.
I've seen the other poster as well, although it uses different actors for the roles of Bill and Ralph (Pam is not pictured).

I could deal with Bruce Campbell as Bill.

Yes it's a phony. It's one of 3 or 4 fake posters I've seen over the years.

this is what is said at the bottom of that 'fake' pic:
'Okay, so the blurb above was made up by me, but Owen Wilson does seem to be making a career out of playing characters from old TV shows, and tell me that Connelly and Campbell wouldn't be perfect in the roles originally played by Connie Selleca and Robert Culp. By the way, and this is true, Walt Disney Pictures recently greenlighted a film version of "GAH." A script is being written as you read this, so we may yet see this on the big screen. '

Can anybody send me the other fake posters of a GAH movie? I did not know about this one.

Hey, I was just thinking about this... when I first got my puter back in 1999, the first thing I did was a search for Greatest American Hero. And the first thing that came up was GAH movie. I was so shocked at this, it had a professional looking poster and a full description. The cast looked creepy weird. And the suit was the same expect is was more futuristic and black and silver. Almost recall it being like The Greatest American Hero 2000. And oddest of all...it said it was being directed by Tim Burton. I didn't like the looks of that one. So dark and creepy. Blah.

Bruce Campbell as Maxwell would rock. That is another inspired choice! Topher Grace as Ralph. Bruce Campbell as Maxwell. Yeah, I am really liking that.

You know, I've never thought about it, but Topher Grace might work.
My other suggestion would be Jesse Spencer from "House". I think he would make a cool Ralph.

Topher might work, but who would fill Pam since I doubt there is a stunning beauty that can act in his age range.
