Okay all...I finally finished watching the 1st season... all the shows except for the 'G.A. Heroine' And I dunno if I should watch it now, or wait until after I get the 3rd Season set. I mean, it may make more sense to watch it after I watched all the other shows, but I'm curious. Then again, I don't want it to cloud up my mind before I get all the other shows, as I'd like to watch them in order... Wonder why they put that one in the first season... why not put it with the 3rd season? rather odd...

Well the 2nd season has 22 episodes. 3rd has like what 17? So they must have put GAHeroine on season one to balance out the releases.
And GAHerione can kind of stand on its own, so you might as well get the torture over with and watch it now.

I would wait (and I have) just cuz I figure it does, badly or not, take place after the original run of the show -- they stuck it on season 1 purely as a "value addition"; an extra to make people pick it up -- logically, it should've come on the season 3 set -- and the way Cannell recycles extras, it probably WILL show up on the season 3 set!

yeah...maybe I'll wait or just one of these days I'll pick it up and say, hey why not? (out of boredom) I'm really in no hurry to watch it yet. Can't help but to feel disappointed already. And I probably would have been upset if I would have seen it years ago. To me, it's like they are taking a great show, with my fave characters and throwing them all away. And I tell ya...William Katt is only allowed to wear that suit! No one else!!! Grrr....

I really would like to just pretend "Heroine" never happened. It is very hard to get through, after the "good-byes". The woman, her foster child, and her personality in general are too much to take. The scenes in Newfoundland...oh geeze. Nevermind. I don't want to re-live it.

Watch it, then watch season two to wash the taste out of your mouth.

Yeah, perhaps you're right. I should not wait until after I watch all of the shows. If I watch it the midst of the season, then I can pass it off as a dream. Like the whole episode never happened, then Ralph keeps the suit and gets back on track. I can keep the notion that he's saving the world forever. hee hee...

Personally, what I'd do is watch Heroine SECOND to last, then watch the PILOT episode again to 'finish' everything off. It'll leave you with a HUGE smile on your face. "Works for me."

Well, I broke down and watched it last week... figured why not in the midst of waiting for Season 3. It's wasn't very good, perhaps a bit cheesy. The gal in suit reminded me of one of them annoyingly perky cheerleaders. And Ralph's behavior was so ridiculous. It's like it could've been something great, but didn't happen. The best part was when Ralph and Maxwell had a big hug. Well, it was kind of depressing too. At least I watched it late at night, but scenes keep going thru my mind from time to time... *sighs*

The best part was when Ralph and Maxwell had a big hug. Well, it was kind of depressing too. At least I watched it late at night, but scenes keep going thru my mind from time to time... *sighs* That's the way I felt about Holly, especially the cheerleader remark. I used to be told to act that way when I was a mascot in college. Fortunately, I was a rebel, which made the character more likeable (and kept me safe too). The biggest problem I had with Holly was she was too confident, and not the least bit embarrassed wearing the suit. The fight scene to me was particularly cringeworthy when Holly's street clothes ripped apart when the guy grabbed her from behind. It gave the scene a cartoony feel, especially since her jeans shouldn't have ripped apart (the bad guy just grabbed her shirt). I also didn't like the training sequence because it was unnecessary and could have been replaced with how Ralph was found out. I'd say the best part of the story was the first 10 to 15 minutes, up until the goodbyes. It's sad, but it at least brought closure to the original group. Otherwise, it's was a fair attempt to bring the show back
