Ah, D*mmit. Did I screw up? Ugh.
Robert Donner www.longbranchlady.com/RobertDonner.JPG
Tim Carey www.imdb.com/name/nm0137046/
I bet they auditioned for the same roles half the time...
Ugh. I am so bad with names and faces. I just don't have that kind of memory.
Who said it was Donner first? I dunno... It wasn't me, since I wouldn't know him from Adam anyway....
Well, I will have to decide whether to just keep the foot in the mouth, or do a shout out....
Ok. Shout out.
CARLINI!!!!

Jo... don't do that when I do write the story I PM'd you about... you'll get laryngitis which sounds as bad as it feels. And... accolades should be given to you for creating an interesting story challenge. We've had four responses (five if I do go through with the short story I've got with A/T) to the Halloween challenge. I think that's the most I've seen for any challenge for "GAH" fanfiction. ;D

CARLINI!!!! Granted, the two characters DO look a lot alike and I can see how the mistake was made. Sadly it was made the most by the ONE man we expect better from: The J-MAN. *DUM DADUM DUM....DUM DADUM DUM DUMMMMMM!!*

Mac, I want to post a list of the responses to the challenge this weekend, so that people can read them for Halloween, if they have not done so already.
I will also reissue the challenge one more time, incase anyone (new members?) missed it.
I have been really bad about my fiction! Get the fish ready... I'm ready for the slap down...

I mean, Lynda Carter is GREAT! Completely unmistakable...

Have fun on the chat...I don't know if I will be there for it. I don't feel like watching CARLINI tonight. I may have it in a double feature with THE BEAST IN THE BLACK tomorrow night. Maybe even THE ADDAMS FAMILY Halloween episode from Season 1. If I am REAL ambitious, maybe even the MACGYVER Halloween episodes. Have fun all and I might check in later...if you are lucky.

Well, as usual, it was a little bit of GAH-craziness. We wound up watching Fire Man instead, since someone who shall be nameless couldn't find their Carlini DVD.
At least that Blanchard Guy formerly known as Robert Donner was there. You know, the other Robert Donner....
Ok, on another topic, were is J-Man lately. I really really miss him!!!

I know exactly where my Carlini DVD is. It's the COMPUTER FILE I couldn't find.
I can't play DVDs right now, remember?

Technicalities, schmechnicalities...
Who loves ya, baby?
What do expect out of me? Higher brain functions before my first cuppa coffee?
Here is one of life's mysteries. How do you make a pot of coffee in the morning before you've had your first cuppa coffee?

Don't know... but then again, Foghorn was called a turkey and Bugs Bunny was Mickey Mouse for some reason. I won't get to chat too much right now save weekends when I'm at my former location packing up to move to my new location. It's pretty busy being a photographer now (but good exercise. )

Beast in the Black... *sniff sniff* Ah well, I'll try to find time to watch it tonight and maybe The Shock Will Kill You. *looks at his sig and weeps* I agree that it should have been this episode...after all, it is more Halloweenish than FIREMAN. Some people...*shakes head* no wonder I wasn't there. Claye, I am thinking BEAST IN THE BLACK and CARLINI tonight myself.

HD, we settled on Fire Man because A) kos couldn't find her Carlini or BitB files, and B) Jo doesn't have S2.

I have been really bad about my fiction! Get the fish ready... I'm ready for the slap down... Sure, go ahead - That's what the fanfic board's for. And, I won't be watching the series on TV tonight, but I plan on working some on my new story, which has a ghost theme of sorts in it (but no... it's not who you think it it. )

Hey, I've discovered I CAN view my computer files that are already on my machine in WMP! I watched DVS this morning!
So that means this coming Monday, I can get into viewing a GAH ep, 'cept Season Two 'cause Jo loaned hers to someone. But I've got some on my puter that aren't on CD, so let's fire 'em up!
Any ep ideas? 8pm PST, 11pm EST in AIM. seattlekos.

In all fairness, you really can't go wrong with DESPERADO...SJC's last script for the show...and back to the original elements of character interaction.

Yeah, I can go wrong with it... I've only got about half of GAH on computer file. Almost all of S1 (minus Reseda Rose), many greats from S2, and of course DVS and I think a few bad eps from S3 (like Space Ranger and 30 Seconds... hey, I was desperate for ANY GAH, lol!)
Oh, and "Desperado" isn't one of them. Any way, I wasn't all that taken with that ep. Only saw it once.
