Those area good screencaps, MrsMaxwell. I bought this movie a few months back, and thought it was a lot of fun to watch. I haven't seen the original one (this movie, the "prequel" was after "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid") though, so I don't know how that one is.

Wouldn't be as good--it doesn't have Katt in it.

I used to work with a guy who started out working as a stage manager on off Broadway shows and ended up becoming a technical director at a prestigious local theater here in Florida. This guy had all kinds of interesting gossip on the many musicians and actors he worked with. One day he mentioned that he worked on Pippin with Ben Vereen. He went into detail on what Vereen's final performance as Pippin was like as there were many tears shed that evening. According to my friend, Ben Vereen is one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet. His opinion on Katt, who took over the role, was that he was a nice guy, but very reserved.

You guys haven't seen Newman and Redford in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid?
By the way, those are great screenshots. He looks very cute in that cowboy hat.

Okay, from "Turk 182," I need not only Culp, but Timothy Hutton too. His daddy, Jim (as you well know, I'm sure), is another all-time favorite, and Tim is such a cutie! Looks just like daddy!
Sigh, now if only they'd put "Ellery Queen" on DVD.
Waitaminnit, this is a Katt thread... was he in Turk 182?

Hmmm, Newman and Redford... hmmmm, Culp and Katt... oh, wait, I'm going off into la-la-land now! William Katt was a PERFECT choice to play the "young Redford," wasn't he?? When sis told me (she's a big fan of the original duo) that Katt was playing Redford's role (which I'm embarrassed to say, I don't know if he was Butch or Sundance Kid), we both agreed he was a perfect choice. Those are some yummy pics of Katt!

Big Wednesday = Greatest Surfing Movie ever made!
I wanted a surfboard the first time I ever saw it. (Had to settle for a boogie board instead).

and another... Oh damn, I forgot Lauren posted this one already! And how do you get your pics so big? No problem. I use PowerDVD (currently, version 4) for my screen caps. In options, I selected "original" screen size.

Does anyone have any new screencaps of Katt? I've been rummaging through these, and have a few ideas for screencaps, but it'd be neat to see some new ones, maybe from "Man From Earth" or some of the newer things he's done. Odd thing is... I too have Power DVD, but unfortunately all I seem to be able to do is put them on as wallpaper. If someone can tell me how it works, I might try my hand at a couple from "Deadly Game" and "Baby: Secret of the Lost Legend" probably only ones I have that no one has caps up yet.
