Nice job, MyTatuo. You could always hit up other SJC TV show fan forums like this one: theateamforum.proboards58.com/index.cgiYou might ask the admin if they will announce it in the News Fader or something...you never know...it might get more fans.

I would prefer to just research since I don't intend on joining all these sites myself. Here is another site though...maybe I should just start PMing them to you. ateamhideaway.proboards75.com/index.cgi

I'd try and post it on h2g2 (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) in my journal, but I don't know if it's acceptable or not. If it is, I might put it in there and people can see it there. Then again, I need to start writing journal entries, such as why I think sports balls have it out for photographers (don't ask).

I reread the chat (well what was posted) the other day, and I realized that's where we got trouting, "And it wasn't my fish" and some very interesting answers to episodes. It'll also mark a little over a year for fanfic writing from me and definitely the first year of the spinoff series. Makes one wonder what's in store for this year's one... my luck, getting hit with a trout and serrano pepper pie

Just read that board, and am wondering who it was who announced it. I have two ideas, based on that thread and eliminating HD from the mix as he wasn't there. Still, it's cool that it was announced there too. I'll ask a guy who's one of the higher ups about whether or not I can mention the show on H2G2. They do allow things such as "Harry Potter" and "Doctor Who," however, the site is based from the UK. I'll let you know if I can or no and the response.

Another A-Team site. It is not a Proboards site so they may be less inclined to let you advertise, but here is the link: tca.50webs.com/_sgg/f10000.htmFor those of you who like the idea of cross-over stories with GAH and the A-Team, maybe you could advertise here: www.thermspage.co.uk/fanfiction/index.htmlAnd unfortunately, I cannot see this one, but it might be another potential A-Team place to post. MOD BY MYTATUO: link to suspicious websiteHappy Advertising!

Those are actually pretty cool sites to read as well. Speaking of the chat, have we decided yet if it'll be in AIM or one of the rooms like last year? Last year's one worked OK then, but it seems to have quirks in it now.

I, too, would like an update. Not just on where the chat will be held, but have we decided on contests and prizes and the like for sure? I think it might be easier to advertise if we had more definite information than the date.

Racist slurs are not cool.

Racist slurs are not cool. I concur...that bar wasn't working earlier or I would not have added it to the list.

I put what I'm sure I could do on the h2g2 site in my journal entry: www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/U7140789I need to ask if I can put up the link, but since I mentioned the show as well as that it has a message board, hopefully someone will put "Greatest American Hero" in Google and the site will pop up. Thing is, I have a weird feeling I might get "Yikes" (told I can't do it.) If that happens, I'll see what I did wrong and rewrite it so they don't throw me out of an airlock. ETA: I read the board's rules again, and they allow URLs, however, I don't know if this one's OK or not. I'll have to ask someone there to see if they know for sure or not or have them look at it. Sounds odd, yes, but that board is based in the UK, so different rules.

I'm still waiting to see the rest of last year's chat posted... As of right now, I really don't know if I can make it. If it's late evening, early night, then probably. Afternoon, definitely not. But, hey, whatever works best for getting the most people to get in on the chat, that's what counts.

Speaking of this year's chat, if we do a game, I've got an idea about a possible prize... or prizes. I'm going to list it in the Ya know thread, even though it's based on an idea I've had some time ago. If you guys like it and it works, I'd be glad to make one or two of these for prizes...

I'd like to see the remainder of last year's chat too. Please? Pretty please? Me too. I went searching for the file on my hard drive and no luck. I'm sure it's here somewhere ... Perhaps I'll find it in time for the 26th anniv chat
