I don't know...I was more impressed with the comic version in VANITY, SAYS THE PREACHER when Ralph goes to Latin America and is Caballo Rojo.

I saw that some time ago... So THAT'S what GAH would look like as a WB 'toon.

Maybe the BRATZ girls could guest star.

I think the sketches look good, except they made Bill a little bit portly and Ralph a little bit too longlegged. Though cartoons can exaggerate a bit, I never saw Bill as a bit heavy. Overall though, they did a good job, especially with the clothes, right down to Bill's shoes not coordinating with his pants.

Maybe we should have someone animate or draw the toons and we could put in stories and have little web comic books.

Whoa. . .I was skeptical before I looked at it. But it's actually pretty good!

I had talked with the MODS a long time ago about my putting up my GAH online comic here. I have done some work on it and will post it here in the next few months. I am a 'schooled' 2-D animator to. Maybe I can do a short......anyways....stay tooned!

That might be a good idea for a new thread: Jason draws an action scene and someone has to steer the story to match the picture...

My first intention with the thread was to do a graphic novel based on the completed story. But I dropped off the boards for bit. Now 3 computers and a few months later, I hope to hang out for awhile.

I was actually surprised that Jason didn't include some of his artwork as he was posting in the original Member Interactive Thread. That might be a good idea for a new thread: Jason draws an action scene and someone has to steer the story to match the picture... Talk about funny coincidences. This is a bit OT (then again, maybe not), but I was looking at my photos I was putting into my Photobucket, and I was amazed at how many of them would have worked in the story. I took them when I lived in West Texas for about four years. I have a log cabin next to a modern-day building (the old university library, now part of a museum), a storm coming in, glowing clouds and even a firework display that would have matched the explosion at the end of the story (not going to say as to not ruin it for those who hadn't read it). Bit odd that, since I haven't seen some of those pics in a while and didn't (at least consciously) base any of my moves on the pics. Thought they'd work for an illustrated story if we had done one. Anyway, I think the idea of matching a scene with a picture or artwork would work well. We used to have to do that for the creative writing portion of the TEAMS (now after 18 years and a few name changes, TAKS). They're a lot of fun and give someone a visual to base his story on if he's stuck.

Great way of blending the captions thread with the story thread.

Great way of blending the captions thread with the story thread. Well, I did do a caption spoof based on the story, or do you mean a new one?

I mean if we have JRY put up pictures and then we caption them for the story...we might get out of hand if you compare it to the other caption page.

I'm not too sure of what I think about Bill's little cartoon image. Hmmmm.... I think they should do one of him in his pirate's costume from the Carlini ep, that'd rule!

I think we should see Pam from the same episode.
