Oh wow, silk stalkings! I haven't seen for a long time. Think I watched that on USA for awhile, then it disappeared... Very interesting show! I was into Silk Stalking too. I recorded the show when it originally started on CBS under the CrimeTime After Primetime banner. I continued to watch it through the USA network run also.

Well then you better pick up Wonder Woman season 2 DVD set. The box will include a bonus disc celebrating 50 years of Warner Television, that disc is one SHAZAM! episode. Wow I never heard that. That gets a nice little bump up in my netflix queue. ;D

Or how about the ORIGINAL Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? They used to be cool...now they suck...toys and episodes.

I'd email Anchor Bay AND Cannell Productions, as they're both behind both getting it started and getting it done. I'd have to think it can't be far behind, what with all the other Cannell based shows that have already come out...

What other old tv shows do you still admire today? Avoiding the obvious list of several Cannell shows: "St. Elsewhere" "Saturday Night Live"

Let's see, other '80s shows I like watching (not including "GAH"). - Doctor Who (started in '60s, but three of my top four Doctors come from that era. (then again, there were only three in the '80s ) - "M.A.S.K." — kind of a cross (to me anyway) of "G.I. Joe" and "Transformers" - Voltron (Which I still think they patterned the first Megazord on "Power Rangers" from) - The Love Boat - Fantasy Island - Barney Miller - M*A*S*H - Perfect Strangers There are others, but I just can't think of them right now.

PERFECT STRANGERS I agree with too. I always liked the show, and it was one of those that you learned something from it. I also always liked the dance of joy that Balki (sp) and Larry used to do. So many of my friends used to copy it, did pretty well too.

My sister and I used to do it...and it was not easy...especially now since we are both so tall.

Went to a TV taping for Perfect Strangers once. Episode about buying an old house, fixing it up, and selling it for a profit. The biggest problem was the chandelier, which was humongous. The worst part was in the middle of the taping, they had to stop everything to lower the chandelier and build walls around it so the actors would be only a few feet off the ground as they performed their pratfalls. The funniest part was the line where Balki's ditz of a girlfriend comes in and remarks about the chandelier Balki is 'sitting' on: "It's so big!" The actors had to do take after take after take of that line...

How did you get so lucky to do all of this stuff?

How did you get so lucky to do all of this stuff? When you hang out with a bunch of communications majors in college (I was an acting major) in a town not to far from L.A., you get invited to a lot of cool stuff. Besides Perfect Strangers, I attended TV tapings for a Robert Hays pilot (no pun intended) that was never picked up, and something else which escapes me. I keep remembering that I had the opportunity to see a "Friends" taping (in their 1st or 2nd season), but I passed on it; never heard of it.

You know, I forgot about "The Fall Guy." It's one of the odd ones in that I remember the song, but not what the show was about. Go figure.
I also remember when "V" was aired the first time. One particular point I remember is when Mom told me to cover my eyes when the alien babies were born. Funny thing is watching it now, the scene doesn't bother me. It was actually a good miniseries, and the music was very intense, perfect for sci-fi.

I also remembered a couple of ones when you mentioned "Small Wonder," Lauren. I also liked that show and "Out of this World" too.
(Also, was it just me or do you think the first Megazord from "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" looked like Voltron, difference being that Voltron had five lions and the Megazord had different dinosaurs?)

No, it wasn't just you. I've always thought it that Megazord was just a rip-off... then again, you could say the same about the Power Rangers, in general, as compared to Voltron. I never did like the Power Rangers...
