You can always watch them both online. True, but I've been watching "Mars Ravelo's 'Darna'" It's a good show; however, it's a Filipino show, and they don't have subtitles, so it can be confusing. But, now that I know that "SG: Universe" is online, I'll have to give it a looksee soon.

I have now heard that from two separate people in different parts of the world. You are all worrying me with that information.

I didn't see this exact performance, but I did see Trans-Siberian Orchestra recently and it was a GREAT performance. The music overpowers some of the lyrics, but you get that a lot live. ;D

(Got to get HD to post more, since Mel's obviously holding back so as not to surpass his post count. Poor, poor Manecdote!) Anyway, temporarily back in the States (my wife kicked me out of the entire country of Germany, can you believe it?), and finally finished SG-1 + TV-movies, and am now rewatching Atlantis. Unfortunately, my friend who collects this stuff ran out of disposible income after purchasing Season 1, so I'm not sure how I will continue watching after this. I am holding off on The Siege pts1&2 (season finale) until I can figure a cheap way to do so. I continue to curse the slow demise of Blockbuster... I will also be viewing the 25th anniv. re-release of BTTF1 at an AMC Theatre near me on Monday Oct 25th. Um, also... let's... debate... some issue... that I feel strongly... about?

I don't think you'd want me to go into a melmanecdote on HD's thread... ... especially since it's his thread. I have heard the second season of "Atlantis" is pretty good. Haven't been able to see it though. It's cool on the "Back to the Future" re-release. That series is one of the few that did very well IMHO in sequels.

BTW - very briefly, I DID pass HD in posts. Then he realized that I passed him and then went on a posting spree.

I like how two posts is a posting spree in Mel's world. MyTatuo: Great to have you back in the US. ;D And I saw the news about BACK TO THE FUTURE. Awesome! ;D

I thought I would let you all know that my son was born on Sunday, September 30th. Sebastian was 8lbs. 2oz. and 20.5 inches in length. I will probably be around even less than I am now, but I wanted you all to know why. Thanks!

I am back again after a long absence. I hope everyone is doing well and having a great time. Even though I am still learning the new V5 stuff, I like the red color and the way it pops here.

Yeah, it's confusing. I have had fun at times logging on other sites because it redirects to that central login that can lead to confusion on passwords and the like.
Glad you're back HD. Been pretty obvious we don't have a lot of posters here right now, but I still check up and read the occasional comment from time to time.

I know it's been a while since I have been active. Real life has a funny way of demanding attention. The most consistent way it has done that is with kids. My wife and I are the proud parents of three adorable young men. They are wonderful and draining at the same time. However, I'm going to try and work my way back because I miss some of the elements of the forums, especially the friends here. Hopefully everyone is still around from time-to-time.

Nice to see you around these parts again, HD. Looks like you have your hands full with real life. In any case, discussion board attendance is down at ANY discussion board, it seems. We have social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to thank for that. I totally agree about the good memories at this site and the friends I met here when I joined back in 2008. I would definitely drop in more often if the site was a bit more active. But in any case, it's great to see that several of us are still around. Cheers!

Not only that, but it takes a lot more time and effort to upload pictures, videos, etc. to a forum. By the time you do that and wait for responses, etc., it's easier to use the apps for things like Facebook and stay in touch more quickly. We will have to see if we can revitalize this place, Prometheus.
