You're starting to make me wish I would have watched this show when it was on. Truth be told, I never saw more than a few bits and pieces of an episode or two. Maybe I should 'NetFlix' this sucker...

Good...go out and buy the first season...it is only 14 episodes and I think you will find it to be well worth it enough to race out to buy the second season. As you only saw bits and pieces, you will have to let me know which FACE you think is the best.

Which 'FACE'? What do you mean by that? And I think I'll rent before buying, just to be sure.

Okay, but rent a whole season...especially the first. In the pilot episode, there is one Face...then the rest of the series has a different Face. I am curious which one you will like more.

I love this show, so since this is the A-Team thread, I will put some lines here. From BLACK DAY IN BAD ROCK--B.A. has been injured in a firefight and they are able to get him to a small town doctor. B.A. is blaming Face for the injury. While B.A. is getting treated, Hannibal is trying to console Face. Hannibal: The worst thing he might do is take a couple of swings at you. Face: One oughta do it. Hannibal: Face, B.A loves you. Face: He does? Hannibal: Told me so himself. I love those moments.

From the pilot--
B.A.: This road leads directly to the airport. Hannibal: We are nowhere near the airport. *Plane flies over...Hannibal gives funny face* B.A.: You lied to me, sucker. Hannibal: Me? Lie? *Another plane flies over...another funny face* B.A. goes on a rant and punches Hannibal and then falls unconscious into his arms Amy Allen: He hit you. Hannibal: Don't be ridiculous. If he hit me, I'd be in the hospital.

From DIAMONDS 'N DUST: Face (to Hannibal): Wipe that smile of your face! That's not even a real smile...it's just a bunch of teeth playing with my mind! Nothing says "macho" like the A-Team.

Hannibal: Why did you pick a truck with no gas? B.A.: Because I liked the paint job.

You know, since I wrote a comment about what I didn't like about the show, I might as well write a good comment about it. What I liked about the show was the diversity of the characters. Each one had something unique about them that have stood the test of time. A lot of people remember Mr. T for being on the show, but I also remembered Murdock because he was funny. Later on in college, when I had access to TV land, I really got into the show and came to like all four characters. Still, Murdock's probably my favorite. But on a funny note, there has been some confusion with the character. I made a joke to my parents that I was acting like him (bit crazy) one day, and they didn't get the joke, thinking I was referring to Murdock from "MacGyver" or the guy who always tried to kill Mac and ended up dying only to reappear again later on. He was the Miguelito Loveless of the '80s, and just as good. Had to explain the joke, and they finally got it and laughed.

Maybe I should 'NetFlix' this sucker... NetFlix the Season Two disc that contains the episode "When You Comin' Back, Range Rider?". It contains the Joey Scarbury version of "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys", played in the middle and at the end.

Murdock: I don't know...I have intermittent memory loss.
