When is Season 3 coming out? I have my girlfriend addicted and she is likely to start a riot...we only have the first two seasons. And the Greatest American Hero is just not cutting it for her the way the A-Team does.

Good episode, but she will have to wait for it. And I love Murdock's later line: "You forgot your Murdock."

Too bad that both great shows: GAH and the A-Team did not last longer than 3 and 5 seasons respectively. MacGyver lasted seven or eight...and it was of the same caliber as these two. I think we got screwed.

Well, GAH "technically" had 3 seasons, but not really, because there were only 44 episodes, which really sucks. A really short (9 eps) season for S1, a full 22 eps for S2 and a half (13 eps) S3 - that blows.
The A-Team had a half (14 ep) season for S1, then three FULL consecutive seasons (23 eps, 25 eps and 23 eps), then ended with a half (13 eps) seasons, for a total of 98 episodes. <jealous face>

I still think they both should have lasted the length of MacGyver...minimum.

Yeah, I hear THAT! Just checked and MacGyver had 7 seasons, 6 of which were full, for a total of 139 episodes. How cool would that have been for GAH?!?

Thank you kindly. I am trying to get all five seasons done so that series is out of the way...I like to have a complete series of things. Bit OT, but while you have to wait until the new year for Season 3, at least you can get complete series of these shows. The original run of "Doctor Who" will never be complete on video, because they erased/trashed a majority of film from the first two Doctors' eras. The Second Doctor only has 6 complete stories on film, the rest are either partially complete or don't exist anymore on film (they are on audio though, so the series itself is complete). Third Doctor lost some of the color eps, but was spared because there was a copy made in B/W as well as color because TVs were transitioning to color at the time. Good thing, he's my favorite Doctor. Rant over, so back OT. I'd like to get one of the "A-Team" DVDs myself someday. I liked watching the banter between Murdock and BA.

I like Murdock for his one-liners and the interaction between Face and Hannibal are better than I recall too. Yes, this is not the Doctor Who topic thread, you know.

I know silly, just making a point that sometimes the wait for the next season of "The A-Team" may be hard, you can at least still see all the shows, altered or not.

Maybe. You never know about some organizations...talking about how they might not release DVDs or releasing some and then going out of business so that the others are never released. Besides, who has time to watch 40 or so years of TV...it is like getting all the soaps on DVD somehow.

I don't know...I like a lot of every season...maybe minus the fifth. I do remember watching the fifth season and not liking Frankie. It just seemed to become more Charlie's Angels in that the guys were being told where to go and what to do instead of helping others on their own. Didn't like it at all.

I was watching the A-Team again and realized how great some of the interactions between the cast are. Just like in GAH, SJC did another great characterization of these guys. In the WHITE BALLOT where Face is forced to run for sheriff, Face is saying that he has no chance to win. Hannibal starts telling him that William McKinley took a losing campaign and turned it around, etc...then Murdock joins in saying: "It worked great for him too...he was assasinated."
