LOL! I have boards there for all of his movies, with screen shots for many of them. I couldn't post all of that here!

Oh well. It's no big deal to join my site and look around for the descriptions. You don't have to worry about the stigma! Don't feel bad ThatGirl. He kids me all the time that I have Tony as Aidan's teammate in my spinoff/AU/spincycle series for "GAH." I've signed up on your board, and at least will look on it and when I can comment from time to time about movies I've seen of his.

At least ThatGirl isn't THATdelusional. She knows Tony went to jail and lived out his days there.

No. I really won't. If it's Aidan, that's enough for me not to want to read it. I might as well read a TGAH 2008 story.

And, I'm going to refrain from comment as far as "TGAH 2008," because I can't be nice right now.

Anyway: Back on the topic, ThatGirl, what movie would you classify as Pare's best of all time?

Hey, I'm glad you joined melmac. Welcome! You'll like the people there if you get a chance to meet them. They talk about a lot of other stuff besides Michael Paré.
Best of all time? Oh, that's too hard. I can only tell you my favorites but they are different for everyone at my site. I guess I go by how many times I can watch it and never get tired of it, (even if it's corny or whatever).
Maybe if you've never watched him before then "Midnight Heat" or "Into the Sun" would be good, but I love several others. I love both Eddie movies, Solar Force (corny but fun), Streets of Fire, Merchant of Death, World Gone Wild, Sworn Enemies, ...there are too many. "October 22" is pretty interesting. It turns out differently than you are expecting. So does "Men of Means". Surprise ending there!

But which one is the BEST if you could only pick ONE?

The one with the most scenes with Michael Paré of course! All kidding aside, I simply can't choose.

Since you recommend it, ThatGirl, I think I will try a Michael Pare movie...maybe an EDDIE one if I can find it.

I don't want to have a PERMANENT copy of it. I meant to rent.

I don't want to have a PERMANENT copy of it. I meant to rent. A lot of places I've seen rent it out too. You just have to look more into classics I've noticed than anything. I mean, if they will rent out "Baby: The Secret of the Lost Legend" and "House" at a big time chain, they'll have "Eddie" too. (This is, BTW, to show that they offer just about everything I've noticed at these rental places - not a diss to ANY movie. )

Thankfully, my video store does not have a classic section, especially for a Pare movie. They have EDDIE II in the drama section, but not the first.
