You either need a Coke or some sleep after that rant. Not a rant, but that, and a week-long vacation, which I'm getting next week. Still, at least I was able to complete all three goals over the weekend. (And, I'd drink a Dr Pepper. Too bad they don't sell the Dublin ones here. I really could use one of those).

I hope you know what Old Wild Uncle Bill who loves ya says about Dr. Pepper: Bill: Dr. Pepper is the prune juice substitute...want to drink a lot in advance of vacation. Don't want to go and get constipated now, do ya, kid? [ ]

It is in the 1981-1983 section of the board...and it is not, but MelMac is doing a commercial to advertise it to get more interest. It won't start until January 2nd. Are you another participant? Um I don't know but I will. How do you do a commercial on a message board? But I will chech out tht section.

Um I don't know but I will. How do you do a commercial on a message board? But I will chech out tht section. Maybe this'll help. The item you quoted from me about Bill and Ralph switching places is written in the style of a commercial. I studied the style when I was in radio/broadcast class. In this case, it's just the text and a few lucky photos I've used to enhance the story. It was originally a spoof commercial idea I had, but then Lauren thought it'd be a good story, so I expanded on it and wrote it out. It's not posted yet because of a time delay on fanfiction for me. Also, if you're interested in the next story, the idea thread is near the top of the 1981 folder. We'd be glad to have you aboard.

Don't want to go and get constipated now, do ya, kid? [ ] I lived near Dublin, where they make the Dublin Dr Peppers, and visited their museum. They said there is no prune juice in it, but it's actually an apricot base and 32 flavors total. Waco's museum says the same thing. Personally, I think the Dublin ones taste like chocolate cake.

That is why it is called a prune juice SUBSTITUTE.

That is why it is called a prune juice SUBSTITUTE. Oh, brother I also like Cokes too, as well as Fresca and rootbeer, but a lot of Texans drink it, hence it being the state non-alcoholic drink (not to sure what the state alcoholic drink is, and no funny answers).

Does that mean I shouldn't post a funny answer or you didn't have one?

Does that mean I shouldn't post a funny answer or you didn't have one? Maybe both, maybe neither. Only the Shadow knows. (Well he'd better since I obviously don't)

OK that's it I quit! Every time I come up with a fanfic idea it turns up somewhere. I have been working out this idea for months. you can even ask my friend Kathleen because I was getting her advise because I didn't want to mary sue it. Man this sucks! no offence GR8 minds think alike I guess....but Bummer. I was gonna have so much fun with that too. I'd write it anyway. Just because it's the same general idea doesn't mean it's gonna turn out to be the same story.

Good positive feedback approach, Lauren. I don't think like that.

Anyway, this time, enough of my drivel, I'll work on this next commercial before poor Lauren thinks I hijacked the thread. I haven't it's just good banter. LoL! No problemo.

Though this is a plot bunny, another idea I had was based on Ralph's comment about the suit only working on him in "Hog Wild." He mentions that it might be his metabolism. Well, though not entirely accurate, what if Ralph donated blood and was a pint low, how'd the suit react to him not having so much iron. Does he pop in and out invisible all the time? Does it make him float (kinda like lightheadedness you can get from donating)? Does he get fake holographs, what? There are some interesting possibilites with this, besides any possible normal reactions to donating.

Good idea, MelMac. And thanks, I think, Lauren. Thanks HD. Anyone who wants to borrow it is free to do so. I might write a short one myself, but it'll be after the game thread and variety show.

Might take you up on that one day, but I doubt it...not so much about the fanfiction.

Might take you up on that one day, but I doubt it...not so much about the fanfiction. Save round robins where you can paint literal people into corners I bet. But, after writing this first individual one, I'll admit, they're tough.

I just don't like them as much. I prefer scripts that way I can visualize it like the show. However, if I love a book series, I can write books about them, but not scripts because I can't visualize how the characters would act with real people. The game thread is stretching my fanfic participation level to the limits.
