Wow, I have an icon almost exactly like that: Gawd, I love that man... that character... that actor... I don't care, I love him. Heck, I love Kelly Robinson too, and I don't consciously remember ever seeing him, 'cept in pictures! This'll be our thread, MrsM (although as we all know, *I* am billswoman!) I want more pics of the puffy shirt scene, whew! That's on my desktop, btw, so I see it first thing. Speaking of Bill... those vids I wanna do... I'm putting learning vid making on hold, until I'm in between jobs again. Got too many fanfic stories to crank out, and I don't have to teach myself things for those, like I do for editing videos. I told you about ONE idea, MrsM, I don't think I mentioned the other... I'll PM ya, cuz I think this one's going to tick off some people, har har har har!!

Never get in a fight over a guy with a Jeresy Girl! LOL! [glow=red,2,300]Yamma Yamma Yamma Yamma Whoop-dee-doo Scooby-doo and gobble-dee-gook![/glow] LOL, I love that line!! It's almost as good as my favorite: "Oh, ah, that is so heavy, man! You're SO sexy!" I like the whacky-snacky and arm-lift he does in "The Hit Car" too, when he tells Pam it's okay if she pops Starlet one for flirting with Ralph.

OH yeah, already been there many times. I have Bill shouting "Hold it! Freeze your face!" on my windows whenever I get a critical stop message, lol, sometimes I do it on purpose just to hear him.
That's a cool site, but I wish there was an email addy, so I could point some things out to the guy in his reviews.
For "Lilacs..." he doesn't realize that it's implied at least a couple of weeks go by, before the four of them are in the restaurant (pre-beach scene). The guy thinks Bill and O'Neil go ga-ga over one another practically overnight.
He also mentions how GAH pushed the intimacy threshold a bit in this one, although they never show Bill and O'neil kissing. He's right though, the implications are there big-time, whoot! Lucky girl.
I think I'll go reread my Missing Scene, har har har!

Easy now. Breathe. Breathe.
;D
Actually, you CAN write to that site if you like. I believe it's a woman actually (Amanda, I think). She'll pop in here now and again under the ID "TVShrine" or something like that. Her email is on that site, it's just hard to find:

OK, clue me in. How do you get the sound bite off of the site? Also, how do you rip sound off a DVD?

OK, clue me in. How do you get the sound bite off of the site? Also, how do you rip sound off a DVD? Soundbites (which are usually .wav files): If you're in Windows, simply right-click and choose "Save As". To put them in your computer sounds, go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Sounds, choose what you want to add the sound to (eg, Expand Window, Close Window, Mail Notification, etc), then choose "Browse" and go to the directory you saved the .wav file. You can sample the sound right there, to make sure it's what you want. One bit of advice: use SMALL files. After hearing Bill say, for example, Oh, ah, that is so heavy, man! You're SO sexy! a gajillion times, it gets annoying (yes, even Bill!) Although I haven't got tired of Hold it! Freeze your face! yet, lol. As for ripping sound off a DVD.... you might find something on www.zdnet.com/ by searching on various keywords (can't help ya there). I found some awesome free programs that way, when I was looking for video editing S/W for the musicvids I wanna make (settled on VirtualDub, which is free and I've already snagged one scene from it). Speaking of music vids, I'm among the ranks of the unemployed yet again, so I'll be focusing on those soon. Gotta finish my GI story and the GAH science fiction crossover I've been alluding to in various and sundry sites. Hope this helps, Mrs.M! Now, where's my prezzy of Bill?? (Modified Post: I meant to say "Control Panel." Hope that didn't confuse any neophytes out there.)

Now that I know how to rip them off the internet, how do I find them? Let's pretend we are talking to someone who is not computer savvy.

Now that I know how to rip them off the internet, how do I find them? Let's pretend we are talking to someone who is not computer savvy. As for finding them, I'd suggest Google, searching on the show, and "soundbites"... with Google you can also specify the extension, so search by ".wav" too (no quotes in any, of course, unless you're searching on a phrase like "Greatest American Hero".) The GAH Shrine has some awesome soundbites, at www.bradybunchshrine.com/gah.htm . Not to detract from the GAH site associated with this board, but that GAH site is awesome too. It's got two fun trivia quizzes as well, and some good episode information. Unless I missed another ep, "Divorce Venusian Style" is the webauthor's favorite ep, with an A+++ rating. Can't say I blame him or her (MrsM, I think it was, says a woman runs that site). Another INCREDIBLE soundsource, if you love all things Looney Tunes, is the Looney Tunes Soundsource at www.nonstick.com/sounds/ . I think Pythonline has them too, at www.pythonline.com/ a site BY the Pythons (I kid you not, Terry Gilliam answered a question I posted a few years back!) I've got a bunch of way-cool links, if you wanna peruse them on my LJ at www.livejournal.com/users/trek_grrl/15405.html#cutid1 . Happy Hunting! That GAH shrine, though, is where I got all of mine at; there're goodies from all three seasons, and of course, lots of Bill (I like "Oh wow, the bees!" LOLOL, that was a hoot!)
