Okay, I have one, a crossover between GAH and I Spy... so, how do I get it on here?

I'm on the obligatory 3-day waiting period at fanfiction.net... hopefully, after that, I'll have a link! OR if someone here wants to post it earlier, I can email the *.doc to them!

Has anyone else noticed the preponderance of Crossovers with GAH? If you look at FF.net, all of the stories (except mine) are either a crossover, or a story that has Tony being Bill's partner. Not that I have a problem with Crossovers, mind you... I've got some weird ones myself (Stargate/I Dream of Jeannie, I Dream of Jeannie/MASH are two examples.) In fact, I've got a GAH/? crossover in mind... not going to say the other series, cuz I don't want anyone to beat me to it, lol, but it'll be amazingly believeable! I just wonder about this series attracting so many crossover authors. I'm finding there's not a whole heckuva lot of GAH fic out there, so anything's nice. After "Lilacs II" (real imaginative title, huh?) is done, I've already got at least three other GAH stories in mind, so I'll be adding to that list on FF.net. Well for two of them... one story can't be posted there wink wink I just posted Chapter Four on ff.net, and am finishing up chapter five now when O'Neil learns about The Suit.

I left you a review at FF.net, but I thought I'd add here as well, that it's a good story! I don't know the I Spy characters that well, but from what I've read in my surfing the 'net for all things Robert Culp, I've got a fair idea of Kelly's character, and I think you did a fabulous job. It was good, not too long, and a fun read. I wouldn't mind seeing more IS/GAH crosses from you! On a similar vein, my I Dream of Jeannie guru has done crossovers of IDOJ and the Bob Newhart Show, putting Roger Healey and Howard Borden (both played by Bill Daily) together in a couple of fun stories. I believe those are both under IDOJ on ff.net, by CAJeannie, if anyone wants to read and review.

Please, I beg you, no slash. I don't care how close they got with the divorce/kissing talk in DVS, and how clingy the injured Ralph was, just please no slash please.
Now, on the other hand, if anyone wants to write a "Hit Car II" Pam Davidson/Scarlet Wild fanfic, I would of course have to review it, if only to make sure it abides by the guidelines here at GAH.com (and any rumors about my retirement are purely coincidental).

Lauren, I read this story last night, and thoroughly enjoyed it. You have Micky down pat as far as his more serious side, but I also liked the part at the end, as it fit in with his zany side. Davy, Peter and Mike were also well thought out and true to character. I've never seen the episode with the bad guys, but the story made me want to watch it. I also liked the look into Ralph's past, which you didn't see in the show. I could also picture Ralph wearing one of those red button down shirts the band always wore. With all these stories coming out, I may try my hand at fanfics again.

As far as Ralph's past... my thinking turned to having seen "Big Wednesday," which was very good. (That & I also remembered the quote "beach bum buddy." ) I'd also like to do another fic looking back into Ralph's past. Not just for what I brought up, but maybe include how he knew how to hot wire the jeep. I know these characters so well now... but I turned to the crossover because I just couldn't think of a plot to use (or couldn't work out a plot idea).

Where's this elusive fanfic roundrobin I've seen mentioned on the board? I tried searching "round robin" and "roundrobin" with no luck. I was wondering if I could pick it up where it left off, see if we can get it swinging again.

I don't remember what thread it was posted on, but I remember somebdy mentioning a GAH-Dukes of Hazzard crossover fanfic. Well, I found one on fanfiction.net: www.fanfiction.net/s/838527/1/The author has Bill pegged perfectly!

Can you imagine how many seasons a cross-over series could be on television? It seems that everyone has a GAH cross-over. Does anyone write purely GAH scripts?

Scripts? I haven't written a script, but I've written strictly GAH.
Before I jumped in the ring, all the fanfic I was finding were either crossovers or had Tony as a partner for Bill.
My standalone GAH are "Get in the Spirit" and my "Lilacs, Mr. Maxwell" Missing Scene (it's not related to my Lilacs Series that continues where "Lilacs..." left off and crosses with Gilligan's Island.)
Jeesh, I do have too many crossovers... yikes. I'll have to remedy that somehow.
